Hi I recently got a capture card and I want to have a separate streaming pc so I can everything, like my Xbox, switches, and pc. would be possible to make a cheap streaming pc with an old lga 1155 Xeon or an i3 2120. i would like to stream at 1080p 60FPS, if this does not work, please give me some suggestions.

I recently got an old Dell XPS 8300 motherboard to make a budget gaming pc. I also had lying around an R9 270. I tried to install the graphics card into the system. but when I did and tried to power it on. there was just a black screen not even getting the bios screen. I have done the classic tests, which was reseating all the components and check if the system will post without the graphics card (using integrated graphics). which it does post on the Igpu. so tried to see if the graphics card was dead by testing it in a different system, which it wasn't, cause it posted to bios. I used the same PSU to see if it was a power problem but it worked fine. at this point I'm kinda scratching my head. is there anything I missed. if anyone can help that would be amazing. thanks ps. other graphics cards work on the motherboard just not the R9 270 The specs of the pc are i5 2500 2GB Ram (waiting to get more) 500w PSU asus R9 270 a stock Intel heat sink
