Intel® Core™ i7-4770K vs. Intel® Core™ i7-4790K
TheLaw replied to Darkstar101's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
Hey Devil's Canyon people. Will there be a 4930K 6-core version and will it run on the current LGA 2011 mobos? -
Excuse me but $300-$400 isn't such a huge amount to all of us. I will be getting a PS4 after my build is complete or maybe during tech school. Might even pick up a PS3 GTA5 bundle if I see one. I hate that I sold my 360. ...and saying serves them right is stupid and immature. Not everybody sits two inches away from a monitor. Even then what do you mean by "serves them right?" Does it make you feel better....

I wanted an actual confirmation directly from ASUS. I want them to say that Nvidia 3D vision will work not the forums.

Will all of you ROG people please tell me where ASUS said it would be 3D? Don't give me "he said she said" from two websites or a list of all the forums of possibly misinformed people. There will be no excuse for a lack of 3D even if only at 1080p so I understand everybody jumping to say yes. I wish they would just make a 3D, IPS, full widescreen like the LG 34 (no height decrease), g-sync, 1440p or 4K monitor. I would give them every cent they asked for because I would no longer have to split money into different monitors with different features. At this point I am looking at a 4k samsung, an lg, and a benQ 144hz........... and I wanted three BenQ....

Hello. Can someone suggest a vesa stand compatible with three BenQ 27" monitors? I would prefer curved and something that does not require drilling holes. These are going on an Ikea Gallant. This is from the online manual: The back of your LCD monitor has a VESA standard mount with 100mm pattern, allowing the installation of a wall mount bracket. The maximum dimensions of the VESA mounting bracket compatible with your monitor are 125mm x 125mm.

Check the posts above. I will have a samsung 4k on the side for blu-ray movies, work, 4k media, and some games that I don't want or need to use with 3D, surround, or a really high refresh. I really don't want the ROGs just because I want to skip 1440p and go all the way to 4K. After this huge and expensive hardware upgrade I WILL NOT upgrade anything for 4-5 years..... and that lg monitor is really nice looking but... its not 4K, I HATE ultra wide monitors because they always decrease height wise, and for what I want I think it is overpriced. I won't pay that much over for something that I see myself having regrets about. If it was as wide as three 24" monitors I would do it. I will admit that I want g-sync from the ROG. Edit: Are the 27s bad because pixels start to show up or what? Edit: "I also record and edit my footage (and product videos) for my up coming gaming/review channel" Awesome. I hope to start again when I get this build. PM a link and I will sub.

I need the two 6gb titans to run three monitors. "at 27" is a bit poo" This is one of the things I am worried about. Still thinking about going to the 24s. I will be using these to watch 3D blu-ray movies so I want the size. Edit: I will be doing some streaming, recording, and editing but I believe those have more to do with the CPU. Edit: And as far as I know the Titan Black has just a little bit better performance than the 780ti and it has 6GB.

No.... Here is the build... ; ). http://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheLawlessMan/saved/4wnv It was already on the list as a fourth monitor for media but I got lucky. It will be a birthday/going away gift. Everything else is coming from my bonus and paychecks over the next few months while I am at basic and tech. Can't wait to sit down with it all.

3..... freaking.... companies... My god I am so glad you don't control the gov. Everything would be super expensive just because you don't like making choices.....

Wow my bad. Thanks.

Does anybody have experience with this monitor? How was/is it. It looks like Linus had only done an unboxing and not a full review of it. I would really like to know how well it performed for other people especially in surround/eyefinity or 3D. Looking around it seems like some people may have had some motion blur issues. Edit: Extremely sorry for the lack of replies. I did not get any notifications form LTT.com other than a quote post.
