  1. i would like someone to analyse the minidump file and tell me what is causing all of my bsods 071619-8140-01 - Copy.dmp
  2. Yeah this is what I was thinking I would have to do it just sucks because all of my parts are so expensive and the pc isn't even 1 year old
  3. The people at the pc repair shop already ran it on their open setup
  4. So about 2 weeks ago I was playing destiny 2 with my friends I tabbed out of the game to type a message in discord as I tabbed back into the game my pc crashed and the BSOD appeared with that error code the thing is it stayed at 0% for about 10 minutes so I decided to restart the pc but as soon as Windows loaded it would BSOD within a few minutes so I reset both my ssd and hdd and reinstalled windows but the the BSOD still occurred I decided to leave it for the night and try it in the morning. The next day I start the pc up and it happens again so I start the command prompt up and try to troubleshoot what I can I check both my ssd and hdd and they both come back as working fine with 0 errors so I check my ram and that too comes back as working with 0 errors so I remove my gpu and try boot it from the integrated graphics but still it bsods so I I remove my cpu cooler and have a look at my cpu everything looks fine there are no marks on the cpu or the pins so I assume that that is working fine too I check my motherboard to see if there is any visible damage but it still looks perfect so at this point I'm puzzled and don't know what else to do but take it to a pc repair shop within 3 days they call me up saying its fixed and that there is nothing wrong with it they had took it all apart and put it back together and it was booting again and they even ran a stress test for over 4 hours and it didn't crash so I go and pick it up and bring it home I start up destiny 2 again and within 4-5 hours of me playing it the pc crashes again with the same BSOD so I decide to restart the pc and everything loads up fine again and it didn't BSOD so I install Intel debugging tool to test my cpu and it says everything is running fine so I run user benchmark and as soon as the test has finished it bsods again so I restart the pc again and I decide to update my bios after I updated the bios my pc worked for about 2 days without crashing but yesterday it started again. I tried reading the minidump files but it isn't creating any for some reason. So I'm really stuck with what to do I have checked my cpu, drives, gpu and ram through software and it all comes back positive could the motherboard be causing this problem or could it be the psu/dodgy cable. This is what it looks like on my second monitor when it crashes This is what the BSOD looks like it always stays at 0% complete it alsomakes a loud buzzing noise when it crashes
  5. Also could i be placed on the leaderboard i wanna see how i perform against 1080ti's

  7. yeah i have already asked him and he said he couldnt see anything but i will tell him to check the mobo manual to see if it says anything about it in there
  8. i made him switch rams slots from 2 and 4 to 1 and 3 and nothing happened so he switched back and there was still no change
  9. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pqcFhy Its not as simple as that as i know a fair bit about pcs and that was the first thing i asked him. The cable was plugged into the gpu at first but it wasnt displaying anything when booting so i told him to take the gpu out and plug the hdmi cable into the motherboard to see if it would display from the igpu but it still didnt. When he turns it on it starts up then restarts and keeps repeating the process so i made him to check the front panel connecters to make sure they were in the correct place and they were.
  10. So my friend recently built his first PC and when he goes to turn it on, all the fans spin and the case lights turn on so everything seems fine, but the monitor doesn’t direct any signals coming through. his monitor works perfectly fine on other things like his Xbox and it detects that he has an HDMI cable physically plugged into his PC, but then it says “No Input Signal”. It’s not his graphics card because he took it out and everything does the same thing. i told him to take out the battery on his motherboard to flash the bios but the same thing happens. the CPU is in correctly and has sufficient thermal paste. I honestly have absolutely no clue at this point and neither do at least 4 of my friends that are pretty good with PC’s. Any help?
  11. Yeah the difference with the 970 pro and evo is very small wich is why i would never consider spending an extra $100 for 200mb faster write speeds. RGB in sync definately looks better i got the h500i so i could manage all my rgb stuff on the nzxt cam software. With your cpu being watercooled you shouldnt have to worry about case air intake although it does depend on if you will have the aio fans pulling in air or exhausting my case has 2 fans 1 for exhaust and win for intake plus my aio also intakes air and my cpu is at 5ghz and at max it hits 75C when its running games for Hours. The 2070 is definately a good deal for $495 but yeah i see the point about the 9700k its a little better for games but you do lose out on threads for other tasks so it just comes down to wich ever one yo can get for a better deal.
