  1. Too Technical For me, Any BenQ users/experts that can help, really need help :( I could post a picture of the pcb if it would help, trying to get a better camera to work atm. Could it be that I need to have some sort of pcb for the buttons? would then need to build one I guess(saw some people showing tutorials on how to) I asked BenQ a year or two ago if they could send me a spare, but they are no longer servicing the monitor, and that was after approximately 3-4 years. please help.
  2. I truly hope you Guys and Gals can help me with saving one of my best and favorite monitors. I've got a BenQ 27'' ew2740-b also known as EW2740L. The monitor is controlled by Touch buttons. The Connector on the touch button board was broken off, I tried soldering the board connector only to melt some of, so it it is most likely ruined. I was hoping there might be a way to at least turn on the monitor by touching some wires together. I do not feel like experimenting without being sure so I do not damage anything further. I turn to you experts, in hope someone might know what I might be able to try or do. The colors and volt measurements are: blue 3.28v green 0.12 yellow 0.12 orange 0.12 red 0.1 brown 0.1 Black ground This was measured with + from blue to all the rest with the - Any ideas on which wires would be safe to connect together and how many? Great love and thanks in advance even if you can or cannot help. Kind regards, LoveYouComeBack ps: sry about my bad camera Quality, only one I could find in my pile of hardware stuff I own.
