I would say you're cutting it closer than I personally prefer especially if you're overclocking. If you're not overclocking then you're probably fine. My overclocked 9900k reportedly draws a peak of 198w under full load. I would also guess the gpu under full load would draw about 200w as well that leaves about another 200w for everything else in your system. Ram, ssd/hard drive, rgb, fans, etc.

Do you already have it? In that case, you're fine to keep using it. If you're planning on buying one new, maybe consider other options

Thank you for replying, I’ll see if I can check out the new black noctua NH-D15, however I actually chose the 9600kf (sorry I didn’t specify that earlier) I’m building a budget gaming pc. At the time, I got it for $218, over $120 cheaper than the i7 and it gets the job done. Anyways I digress, I’ll be sure to check out the NH-D15.

It's more of a sidegrade and depending on what you're doing with your pc will probably net you close to zero performance improvements.

No, I wouldn't use it on stock either. It's a terribly bad unit, with an ancient design and concerning build quality.

I already got z390 aorus pro so around 200e i5 9600k is my only option since i cant find anywear in my country used i7 8700k. Doing dark rock pro 4 with trident z 2x8 gb. I hope it will work on stock till i get something modular.

Well, the mouse should be as light as possible.
Also, long mice aren't that great for fingertip.
Don't worry, although less comfortable, both fingertip and claw are superior to palm.

My mobo is great, I have had zero issues with it, but the Aorus ultra gaming most likely has better VRMs. I haven't really checked the motherboard temp, but my cpu stays below 60 degrees in intense gaming (like bfv maxed settings), and it idles at 35. However, my cpu cooler is shite so 

This is probably your best/ cheapest option, OP. This or the Tomahawk, but I would definitely spend extra to get the Ultra Gaming
