Bang for buck Pc (i think)

The part list is private. Wait for rysen 3000 and then the old rysens will go cheaper. If you can wait longer, you might be able to get a good deal on a used rysen that people are selling so that they can get a new one.
  2. I have used AIDA64 and trusted that it takes the CPU up to 100% all the time, except for today. AIDA54 said the CPU was at 100% and taskmgr showed it was only at 93%. This happens on my uncles computer too, so I am guessing it doesn't show the real CPU status and gives an approximation, or just lies about it. The photos shows that it hit 97% but sometimes it can go as low as 80%

Can you make Windows use a particular output?

If you can't see the POST with the HDMI port. I think it is faulty/incompatible at a hardware level. Try using the DVI port and install the older drivers that are know to work with your motherboard. Also try t uninstall the drivers of the GPU you aren't using

    RTX super

Yeah, it should handle it for 2 years but as new hardware comes out, the system requirements go up so you might get lower FPS later on

Can you make Windows use a particular output?

Sorry. Just checked your CPU and it does not have integrated graphics. The HDMI will only work with a CPU with an iGPU

    Stuck at POST

Have you got a USB in the system ? If so, try removing all unneccesary cables and rebooting

Try enabling dual graphics in the BIOS, I think the motherboard is to blame instead of the OS

installing a GPU into an APU system

No, don't uninstall the APU drivers. Method 1 ) Put GPU in and load into windows. Then it will install the drivers. If it dosent, manually install them Method 2) Enable dual graphics and plug GPU in. Plug monitor in integrated graphics and install GPU drivers. Then put cable in GPU
  20. Yes, if you look at the side, you can see 3 8 pin headers

    Display resolution issue

You need to install the monitor drivers (it says generic monitor)

installing a GPU into an APU system

When you install the GPU, you will get a signal. When you go into windows, the drivers might automatically be installed. If not, install manually. You can also enable dual graphics and use integrated graphics until you install the drivers (if you for some reason don't get a signal)
  23. @eb2k This happened to me yesterday, and a BIOS reset never worked for me. I just put the reset jumper in, took BIOS battery out and left for two hours. Initially, it wouldn't boot (when I reset it and restarted it straight away) but after leaving for two hours, it worked fine
