Well Thats one of those strange hardware problems - do you have anything but a USB ports? (PS2 Keyboard?) Worst case, use the PS2 Else... Window + Borderless = "Full screen" But DX(10/11/12/b13) treats it differently from "Windowed" in the [Memory] regard "Full Screen" uses the frame buffer differently memory is the question here. Have i answered your question? (as someone using 4 monitors currently on windows 11?
