Frankly, I agree. The whole "ballpark" fracas was a bad move, but I'd rather have exceptional VR if it is only a 30% price increase when considering a computer investment with the Rift. I dunno, what do you guys think?

Something which is quite controversial atm is the TPP. Maybe look into it and write about that and why its bad?

Write a persuasive paper about convincing console gamers to switch to pc....

My personal picks would have to be:
1. Ratchet and Clank series
2. CS:S
3. Minecraft (Can't explain how much I love this game)
4. Civilization series
5: League of Legends

I pay for data, they pay for data, we all pay for data. where the data comes from and where it goes should have no bearing on the cost. companies having to pay an extra "protection" so that the data makes it to it's destination safely just sounds like a bunch of gangs bullying people who wander into their territory, and that's not how the internet should work.

I think it's good.
Means ISPs can't charge unreal amounts for priority service (That's what I understand it is).

So this year our school finally got Chromebooks. Oh the entertainment! A lot of other students think it's funny to just start keyboard smashing. On windows you don't do much harm, on a Chromebook, you fuck it up. (Not literally, it's not that hard to fix, but it's a pain in the ass) The amount of times someone has accidentally enabled Chromevox on their Chromebook and than they click something and it says what it is at 100% volume in class is more than I can count on my hands and toes... Then there's the kids who install stupid Chrome apps and ruined it for everyone else, so now no one gets anything unless the IT approves it. Cause people were installing things like the Just Do It guy and other annoying stuff and would play them in class just quiet enough for everyone but the teacher to hear it. Also, I've been called around to every teacher's room at least once this year to fix something, which isn't a bad thing since I almost always miss parts of the classes that I hate.

So atm I am a year 12 student, earlier this year while I was in my cert 2 I.T. class, the teacher was trying to teach us what different parts were etc, she was reading the information from a rather old looking book, she was telling us all about the parts and what they did, then, when she took the side panel off of one of the computers to show us, she got super confused and told us that the hard drive was missing, after about 10 minutes of watching her call people and get annoyed, I walked over to have a look, and it turns out the book she was reading from was telling her about IDE drives, about how thats the standard for hard drives, she didn't know that SATA existed.

I blew up a motherboard a fair few years ago when I was not grounded and decided to do some work on the board. I was bare feet on a carpet. I had also been shuffling on the carpet a bit before so I had plenty of static on me.  :unsure:

Hmm.. I can't think of anything embarrassing lol.

Different people have different ideas of how a PC should cost. Esp when their clueless on modern tech.
 
Explain the HUGE VARIED differences in platforms to them and WHY a Windows PC is what you want.
Consoles can't multi-task or be very multi-functional, Macs can't play the games you wanna play.
Go into more details of your needs, be CALM about it, even if they start to whine, keep a cool head, ask questions WHY THEY think the way they do, and prepare yourself with answers to their questions you think they may ask you. (Why is an Xbox not enough for you?) / (Why don't you get a Mac?)

I wouldnt listen to only TekSyndicate. He isnt that great when it comes to Audio. But the headphones arent bad that he reccomends. But if you pay 500$ for headphones they wouldnt be. Unless they are Beats by Geys
