  1. Hello, all. I'm looking for a new mouse, and I'd appreciate it if you could help me out. For the last two years, I've been using a wired gaming mouse that was included in a promotion when I bought a CyberPower PC. My only significant issue with it is that YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE RGB. It just cycles through rainbow breathing style. I mitigate this by putting something over it when I'm watching something, but I've decided it's time for a proper solution. As long as I'm buying a mouse, I figure I may as well get one that I will be happy with in all situations. So, I'd like one with software-controlled RGB, wired/wireless interchangeability, and one that performs near the top of the line in different game genres. I only really play Rocket League right now, but in the future I plan on getting at least one FPS, racing game, and maybe a MOBA. Now, I have a Logitech G910 keyboard, and I love it, so I was thinking about getting the G903 HERO so I wouldn't need additional software running in the background, but a lot of reviews seem to mention issues appearing sooner or later with the left click, and I don't want to spend $150 on a mouse that I'll have to be addressing issues with the manufacturer all the time. So, I was looking at the Razer - Viper Ultimate. It has all the features I think I want, and it is more highly reviewed than the G903 at the same price. Has anyone used the Viper Ultimate? What are your thoughts on it? I have large hands and don't have a preference for right-hand vs ambidextrous. Are the optical switches on this as high-quality as they claim, or would I run into trouble with those? I'm willing to spend the money to get a top-quality mouse, but in the end, I don't want to be disappointed in a $150 product. Thank you for any insight.
  2. You should look over on Reddit r/amd. They've been talking about it over there.
  3. Also, if you have the budget for the 1600, try to find the AF model. It's built on the Zen+ 12nm process and reviews have benchmarked it performing better than the AE model. It's part number (or something like that) is YD1600BBAFBOX and should come with a wraith stealth. If you can only find the AE model, that's a fine processor as well.
  4. https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator You can use a site like this to check more closely with your specific hardware. From what you've listed and making some reasonable assumptions, your 500W power supply should be sufficient with the cables you've listed. It's not leaving much headroom, but should cover your system as-is.
  5. 16GB: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232756 8GB: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820236312 Either of these would be good, if you can afford them. I'd recommend the 16, in case you want to be able to leave chrome open and still do things.
  6. It will result in a render-feedback loop. All of every possible existence will eventually be rendered in infinite resolution (∞k resolution). When this occurs, all realities will overlap and emerge as a concept-matrix outside of space-time filled with limitless energy. This is what many theoretical physicists consider the basis for the concept of God.
  7. Secondary system sounds nice if you have multiple use scenarios that make sense. Would the 2060 stay with the old system, or would you cannibalize that for your new one and put something else in your current system?
  8. https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&IsNodeId=1&N=100007611 600561669 600006072 600327642 You can get 16gb of name brand 3000 MHz rated ram for $120 US or less, and 32gb for ~$200 US or less. I'd include that as a necessary upgrade to get reasonable performance out of Ryzen 3xxx. If 570 series boards don't support at least that, they need to sell themselves to a company that knows what they're doing. sell those 24GB to offset the cost when you upgrade.
  9. Assuming I'm lazy, do we know who they replaced them with, and if they're known for better performance in those areas?
  10. I can only speak from personal experience. I've had good experiences with Gigabye (Aorus) and MSI. I'd go with the one that has the most features important to you. On my main rig, I run a Gigabyte Gaming 3 with a 2700x, and get 3200MHz CL 14 with Flare X XMP, which I've read some places people had trouble with (on other boards/companies). If others have more experience with RAM performance than I do, I'd listen to them, since Ryzen is so affected by MEMCLOCK
  11. Yeah, that's why I think it's wise to wait for confirmations. Once we know more about x570 and plans for x470, it's actually possible to weigh pros and cons.
  12. Well, x570 is supposed to feature PCIe 4.0, at least. In my opinion, you should wait to at least see what's confirmed for x570 if your plan is Ryzen 3xxx. You may get better RAM support, better OC, etc. There might be something that makes it worth while for you to get it. If there's not, you can get a reasonably priced x470.
  13. I haven't messed with GPU voltages in WattMan for OC, because my 580 goes to 1425 automatically, and I had so many other issues when I built this PC that I'm not interested in messing with a good thing to get a couple extra percent. I don't know what you mean by +50%, but I believe you should be able to set voltages yourself if you set voltage control to manual. Based on what they were saying on reddit, up to 1250mV should be safe. I'm running Radeon driver version 19.1.2, fyi. Also, fan curve should be adjustable just below voltage control, if you're getting high temps.
