    Nope GPU's have a bios too for running all the settings the manufacture set on the boards, Some even come with two bios' case one gets trashed.

    I have a EVGA 1060 SC (single fan) and mine had bios update allowed my card to stop the fan completely when not under load. Still when I play games its the loudest thing in my case. Could it be a fan bearing issue?
