    Pixels

So as long as it's 1080p it's fine on all monitors from 13" to 31"?

    Pixels

I was just wondering about pixels and screen sizes. I was wondering if there are any awkward screen sizes when it comes to scaling with pixels, and why that would be awkward? Thanks for responding
  4. I'm pretty sure your supposed to use the mouse because there's a frozen cursor on the screen.
  5. I plugged in my keyboard Still isn't working
  6. The front panel of my case.
  7. SO I just finished building my first computer. Everything has gone really smooth... up until now. I have been able to hook my computer up to the monitor and successfully get it into the bios. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get my mouse to work. I own a razer death adder 2013, I plug it into the computer a it lights up green signalling it has power, but I can't move the mouse on the screen. So I tried it again, but with a different mouse. It was some cheap logitech mouse that was wireless, and still, no results. Any help is great. Thanks!
  8. I've plugged in the 6pin and 8pin connectors to my graphics card. I have all the cables plugged in to my power supply. And I've checked the 24 pin and my MOBO power indicator light is on.
  9. I recently finished building my first computer. I plugged it into the wall and got it to turn on, but when I plugged it into the monitor via display port, the moniter read "no display port". So I tried plugging in HDMI and changing the source to HDMI, and again "no HDMI". SO I tried DVI and VGA, then I tried plugging the cables into my MOBO instead of my GPU out of despiration. I'm kind of a newb so any help is great. Thanks.
  10. Yeah, I've tried to use display port, VGA, HDMI, and DVI from the graphics card, and the MOBO, but it still won't recognize it.; It hasn't made any noise, since it won't turn on. I have the O/I switch on O, but I'm not sure what you mean by checking the voltage.
  11. Specs Intel core 15 4670k MOBO asus sabertooth z97 GPU GTX 770 PSU Corsair RM750w I havn't hooked it up to the monitor yet because every time i try no matter what cable I'm using it says "no [insert cable here]" But I have managed to get the computer to turn on, where the fans a re spinning etc. It just won't turn on now for some reason.
  12. Yesterday I just finished building my new computer. IT was working fine and starting, but now it won't turn on. I've checked all the cables to make sure they're all connected correctly, but still can't seem to find the problem. Any help would be great. Thanks.
  13. Thanks for all the input! I changed the source to display port, but it's still bot recognizing it. Also, it's plugged int to my graphics card not the motherboard.
  14. That's a pretty broad spectrum of ships. What would you like to do in the game? Freelancer: There's 3 variants, but one of those, the mis, you can no longer get. So, I'll talk about the ones you can. 1) DUR - The dur is the cheapest upgrade and is geared towards exploration, with a loss of cargo space, but a better jump drive and more fuel efficiency. 2) MAX - the MAX is mainly for gargo transport with double the cargo space, and more thrusters. Of course you can just stick with a stock freelancer and upgrade it in game. 300 series: The 300 hundred series is a step up from the Aurora, and offers more comfort and better specialization. 300i: Jack of all trades, and I'll leave it at that. But something you will have to upgrade in game. 315p: made for exploration, this comes with a jump drive and a jump scanner. Plus better thrusters and a bigger power plant for all that upgrading goodness. 325a: This is the fighter of the 300 series, which I don't think you'll be interested in because you own a hornet, so I'm going to skip it. 350r: Not for sale currently, but It's made for racing. Aurora: Everything the 300 series is, but on a budget. Cutlass: The cutlass is a a more maneuverable form of the freelancer. I'm not going to go into too much detail, because the variants are to be released soon. As of now, it's kind of nerfed compared to the freelancer. So any stats you see on it now will most definitely be changed in the future. Avenger: Also a fighter, it has more cargo though, but that is mostly the prisoner pods that it contains. This ship is meant for bounty hunting, if you're a good guy, but can also be used for smuggling live cargo, if you know what I mean . But again, it's a fighter, so it's kind of redundant with your hornet. Conclusion: I would personally go for either the Freelancer, 300i, 315p, or the cutlass. These ships are not technically fighters, though they can pack a punch. And depending on how you outfit them, they can really help you start a career. But, if I were truly narrowing it down, I would say the freelancer, either stock or the MAX, because that would really help you start off a career in transport and trade, and the economy will be a huge part of the game. (*SPECULATION*) But to be honest, it all comes down to your budget and how much you want to spend. See you in the 'verse
