If it has a 90Kw battery, it has a 90kw battery and tesla is in the wrong for crippling it PERIOD!!

They'll switch to just "OS" and try to copy write that name like they tried to copy write the word "windows".

Given how widely used windows is now, it is a critical software and the feds should start fining MS harshly every time they do this. hitting them in the bank account harshly is the only thing that will put a stop to this. Big corps only care about money and MS really has a monopoly with no reason to make sure they don't screw up peoples computers.

I was at the printer repair shop yesterday getting some toner and they said recently they had a bunch of people report their printers stopped working after the printers did auto firmware update because they didn't have OEM toner cartrages.

It's not just new routers needed, but everything that connects via wifi. From what i have seen, my router lets you pick ONE method. Anything that is to connect has to support that method or it doesn't connect. So all your phones, tablets, roku's, etc. would have to be replaced with something newer that supported the newer system before you could use it.

Vorg got a reaction from Tarun Kumar in Windows crashing while installing graphic drivers.
In the specs I found for that board, nothing is mentioned as to which gen the pcie slots are. I have an nforce 980 based board with am3 socket and it is only PCIEv2. Last time I was video card hunting, I was told that the 1050ti was as high/new as I could go because the v2 slots was missing something that is on v3 slots. V3 pcie cards are not fully backwards compatible.

And that is the problem. While the protection a corp gives is a good thing in SOME cases, most of the time, it's just a loop hole for criminals to hide in. A "corporation" is no more in control then a car or a gun. It's the ones running it that that decide and make things happen with in the limits pf the underlings following orders. Sometimes they know the order is wrong and some times the picture they have is too small to know. But those at the top....

Big corps like ms don't care about rep. The company heads only care about getting more and more money. Only way to put a stop to this is massive fines every time it happens, and not corp. fines, that will just come out of the paychecks of those on the bottom who have no control. It needs to be against the corp. heads and ceo's personally. They are the ones responsible.

I disabled auto check on my w7 computer a couple years or so back because it would get stuck checking every time and use 25% of my cpu until I stopped it.

Vorg got a reaction from shazammm in good case fans recommendation
I have found that fans below ~1000-1200rpm can't create the pressure needed to move air through a computer. Those airflow numbers for low rpm fans tends to be free air flow as in suspended with nothing in front or back other then the device checking flow speed.

That said, I find Noctua fans to be the best all round. They are low noise, quieter then the db ratings would make you think when compaired to others and yet they move a good amount of air, and they LAST.

I am still on 7 so the sdettings are not the same as 10, but in 7 there are some settings that control how the extra screens are used. That could effect dragging from one to the other.

I never liked bundling. I would prefer a a price cut over being forced to buy a game or other product I don't want.

You fine a company and they just raise prices or lower wages of their grunts or both. The slobs at the top resposible for it all are never touched.
