Ok, so i was talking to one of my friends last night. He started talking about how PS3s are great but the PS4 is better but PC is the worst. HIs whole thought process is that the PS4 has 2 CPU's allowing dowloads not to slow down when you start to play a game.

Ok, thanks to all of you guys. So I made some changes now. Anything other and what do you guys think? https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/chHZKZ better GPU, better PSU, better SSD and I added a 3 TB HDD for all the work I will be getting done. @Arc_Jester @DeezNoNos @PCGal @Jamiec1130 @Unexas.

Do you want to overclock it more?
Do you want to risk potentially breaking your chip? (its a possibility)
If not then don't if you want the higher clocks go for it i have heard great results from delidding.

Your voltage is fine but make sure to stress test it.

If you've got a CPU bottleneck putting more load back on to the GPU will sometimes help with problems like the CPU making the game stutter.

click the video with your eyes closed, it'll be about as effective, and will be much easier to implement.

Not really but if you just want the best detail you can get then put it as low as your printer can go.

You are still dissipating the same amount of thermal energy no matter what cooler is on it.

Other parts looks fine. Can consider adding a SSD if budget allows.

You could just google benchmarks for whatever program you are using. I doubt anyone is just going to open some random file you send them on their extremely high end PC
