Hello! I'm concerned about the RAM speed. Most of the people say 3200MHz is quite required especially with the integrated graphics. Can 2400MHz work? How will it affect performance?

I'm from Philippines. I just used USD so everyone can gauge the budget ? I also need to buy power supply, case and 1TB hdd tho. I don't think I don't necessarily need ssd or M.2 drive. I'm planning to build a budget PC. my budget is 400 USD. I have 2 choices. Ryzen Build Ryzen 3 2200G 8 gb ram ddr4 2400MHz A320M mobo no GPU Intel Build Intel Pentium Gold 5400 RX 570/ GTX 1050Ti/ GT 1030/ RX 550 any of these H310H5-M2 mobo 8 gb ram ddr4 2400MHz Workload is light. Microsoft apps, spotify, League of Legends, DOTA 2, Rules of survival, PS2 Emulator and maybe Fortnite. Should I get the ryzen build and save up for a GPU later or should I get the intel build and sacrifice upgradeability? or can you suggest different parts for my workload. Suggestions are highly appreciated. thank you!!!
