  1. I was just wondering on the opinion of others on a discussion I had with a fellow gamer recently, if a developer releases a game drm free, but to play it online you had to have an account to verify you (the gamer) actually purchased the game, would that be classed as the game still having some form of drm embedded, even though the game itself is released as drm free? If the above is true in that yes it is classed as having drm embedded, as a developer is there another way to still have the game released as drm free but with a way to verify gamers actually legally purchased the game The reason I'm asking is, consumers should be given freedom of choice and I fully support drm free (i use gog) but developers also need to ideally be paid a wage for their work, I know gog have proved drm free works too, it's just i'm not sure how their online gog galaxy works. Thanks
  2. It's something I'd like to do, but I have a very small budget at the moment
  3. Hi, I'm looking for a suitable GPU that won't botteneck my CPU (AMD A8 7650K). According to https://thebottlenecker.com/ the AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB is a suitable card, can anyone confirm this, or possibly recommend another AMD card to choose. Thank you.
  4. I had thought about that, but then thought about all the people who might of used their cards for bitcoin mining, which as far as i know might reduce the life left in a card?
  5. I thought so, cheers. I think it'll be best I go with a reputable retailer instead of risking buying from ebay.
  6. Hi, I'm looking to buy my first dedicated graphics card, from looking on ebay their seems to be a fair few 1050ti's which are marked as brand new and are priced between £40 to £50, and I was wondering, with the saying if something's too good to be true it usually is, https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_odkw=1050ti&_sop=15&_osacat=27386&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR8.TRC1.A0.H0.X1050ti+(4G%2C+4GB).TRS0&_nkw=1050ti+(4G%2C+4GB)&_sacat=27386 could anyone confirm if these are possibly fake or are they perhaps legit and I'm just reading too much into it, cheers.
