This laptop's BIOS is unavailable to setting the SpeedStep... And it can't change the CPU clock setting. But should I update the BIOS? Because of T9600 released earlier than T6500. So I didn't think is the BIOS Version cause this problem before.

It's Lenovo E23, a normal retail model, using Windows 10, I had reset the BIOS but nothing changed. Should I test in linux?

My capture card is Timeleak HD72A. It has two problem. First, if I take a screenshot, it will output a picture with incomplete pixel. About 1 or 2 row pixel at the left side and the right side will disappear. Second, if I link my laptop to the capture card and copy the display to another PC while I'm playing games. My game's framerate will drop to 40~50. And I can't use the fullscreen mode. If I use it. The capture card will only capture a picture with a half black and a half normal. Maybe my capture card too suck?

Intel ARK said GM45 chipset support 1066 MHz FSB. It might not this reason?

emmmm.... I had search T9600's specification on Intel ARK before I buy this CPU. I'm sure my motherbroad support it. But I don't know GM45 support 1066 MHz FSB or not..

I have a laptop which CPU is T6500. Lately, I upgrade it to T9600. But the CPU always only running at 800MHz. Looks like have been locked. So..How to solve it?
