  1. I built my wife a pc with a 3600 on a tomahawk max with trident z neo 3600 and I booted it, slapped in the xmp for the ram and it runs great.
  2. It looks like you've been trapped for ingress. You're only bonded to 1 upstream carrier. You need a technician to come and fix the ingress issue and remove the filter.
  3. Try setting PCIE from "auto" in BIOS to 3.0 for your GPU slot.

    I Screwed Up

So i tried both. TheGlenlivet when i enter bios the only drive that shows up is the 250 and it is in the top position and i still receive insert boot media. C2dan88 i followed your link and did everything that it said even the more in depth portion and that did not work as well. i reinstalled the 120 and the pc fired right up and asked which windows version i would like to boot, "windows 10 volume 1" or "windows 10 volume 4". thank both of you for your help.

    I Screwed Up

I was creating a boot drive for a pile of parts that were on the way. I had a 120GB ssd laying around that I wanted to use for the new machine. I installed it into my existing machine and used a windows 10 boot usb to install windows into it. Here is where I screwed up. I didnt disconnect the existing 250GB boot drive in the machine. So now when I boot it acts as a dual boot system. I can boot the clean install on the 120 or the existing system on the 250. I didnt lose and data thankfully. But if I remove the new 120 i cant get the old install to boot at all. I get a black screen with "insert boot media and press any key" message. I tried using the usb stick to repair winds but that didnt work. I dont want to do a clean install on my old drive. I want to keep everything intact just the way it is. Any ideas? TIA
