There’s is plenty of wattage, but you don’t have a really good quality model psu.

I was typing that at around 7am so no idea what the hell I am talking about till I re-read it. I knew what shortage means. 

Yeah that’s how I left it today, got uni all day so hope it’s working. Ramped up all the fans to keep it cool tho haha

If you are using the box cooler these temps are normal. Perhaps see if you can increase airflow in your case by adding more case fans, or look for an aftermarket air cooler.

if you are going to be upgrading towards the end of the year - then wait for the ryzen 3000 series CPU's. They all being released July/August. 
Also look into the RTX 2060. as @Settlerteo mentioned I would opt for a MSI b450 due to better VRM's. Even tho you might not OC now, always better to have it rather than not.

Your 2060 will push over 60 fps in 1440p. Also dependent on settings and game. You don’t need g sync anymore for nvidia cards 1xxx series and up; they both work with free sync or the ‘certified’ G sync compatible monitors l. 

Here’s a list of monitors with 4K, IPS under $1000.l and between 27-35 inch. I’m not entirely sure about the colour thing, you’ll have to google that on the individual models of liking ?

What PSU do you have? 

I wouldn’t pick either. 4GB of ram won’t cut it. At least get a laptop with 8GB of ram. 
 
what is your budget and location ?

if you want to play read dead; 5700XT
allows you to go fulllboard with the settings and later get a 1440p and have no problems

Are you buying a monitor because a new GPU would be wasted without one...
That 30hz panel is the easiest bottleneck to fix.
 

Either get a 5700XT or 2070S because there is a huge gap between the 2060S and 2080S. You can still use the money to get an air cooler like the Dark Rock 4 or NH U14S.
@Stormseeker9 and I made solid build and the 2060S would be a real downgrade.

What the actual fuck ?. Never seen a company ask for a ‘live stream’. Yes, providing photos with day/date on it etc, but not that.
