    Hi, so i just finished building my pc and i turned it on but nothing showed up on screen the gpu is connected and in place but this means i cant get into bios or install windows also my usb slots on my motherboard dont seem to be powering my keyboard or mouse yet the lights on the mobo and other components are working Please help me
