I did a benchmark test on my PC and my CPU is running at the 0 percentile. It is a relatively new system, and my processor is the Intel i7-7700k. I have cleaned my computer in the last few months, and I have made sure to close any background processes. I have also run malware and cleaned out all the threats that came up and its still running at this low percent. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what was happening. Thanks for any help!
