  1. Thank you. I'll try those method and i'll give you guys some feedback if it worked.
  2. Hey guys, is it possible to create a shortcut through windows server's GPO but with the program running on the PC itself? I'm asking this because those PCs have a lot of restrictions such as creating shortcut in the desktop. And even using the right click on the mouse. For example, let's say i want to create a Microsoft Office 2019 Shortcup on the Desktop from the Server on the Users PCs, is it possible? PS: Server is R2 2012.
  3. I just did that yesterday and apparently it worked, thank you!
  4. Hello and Welcome to the Linus Tech Tips. No!. It only draws as much as the system is requiring, if its needs more, it'll "ASK" for the PSU for more.
  5. Hey everyone, recently a computer from where i'm currently working has been experiencing some issues where i doesn't install any kind of updates. The error that is presented is this one "Error 80092004", i already tried a Check disk "run" and the windows update fix tool. As you can see here, i can normally choose on what to download, but eventually it'll stop and show me that error: Here's the error: PS: I know windows 7 won't have Support anymore in january 2020
  6. I See but thank you anyway, have a great day XD
  7. I'll do that once my NAS is installed, by the way i'm thinking of getting a DS1019+. What do you think?
  8. Agreed, since my NAS isn't operational yet, i still do manual backup, but she usually ask me when to do it, but usually she does it herself, she has backup for most of her data, but the data she lost was only the "last week" data. Before that i have it all.
  9. Hmm, yes i did that, thank you so much, well i don't think i have a choice then.
  10. Hello everyone and Good morning, afternoon and night. A couple day's ago, my syster asked me to format her computer but forgot to mention she had some file that i needed to backup up. Currently i'm trying to recover it, she's currently using a SAMSUNG EVO 860 500GB(excellent state). What softwares should i use? Besides RECUVA, EASEUS and RECOVERIT, because i couldn't find her files in it? Since it's not a lot of files, paying for a company to try recovering them would be very expensive.
  11. Yes, of course, but what model should we get? PS: One at the same price point at most and at least the 9750H with 1660 Ti. PS: Doesn't need a SSD, becuase i'll add a Samsung EVO 860 1TB that i have laying around here.
  12. Hello @Norjia-technoob and Welcome to the Linus Tech Tips Forum. First of all, what is your Budget? What is the resolution that you intend to play? What games do you want to play? Having said that, your config it's unbalanced, you chose an "old" GPU, and i'd get a Ryzen 3000 instead of the 2000 series with a B450(depending on what CPU you might choose).
  13. Hello @Adam1394 and Welcome to the Linus Tech Tips Forum. It does work, the only thing you might need to do is a BIOS Update in order for the CPU to be recognized.
