The issue itself:
I use my laptop for coding along side some basic gaming in my spare time overall i mainly use it for Visual Studios 2017 for building pc based applications and mod menus.
For some reason idk what has caused this issue but its BAD, Basically anytime i even open google the CPU usage spikes at max the whole time and the ram well lets just say i'd be better off having a turtle run my laptop.
I have alot of files on my laptop but know its not that causing it, And a newer issue that recently happened is with Task Manager It will not show me anything apart from the processes at hand and some basic programs that should only use not even 0.02% are spiking at 40% usage of ram but its when google opens does it just become non-useable even now as i type this the page is freezing not responding at the cpu/ram usage is threw the roof i reset my browser every week to keep it clean but that does nothing, I've done everything i could to try see/fix this issue but it appears to only be getting worse by the week, I need help and if anyone could know what it could be and is willing to help me i'd be so thankful.
I do download alot of programs aswell and have checked each one out and none should be causing this.
Best rergards.
