On pretty much every game i play like bfv, witcher 3,farcry 5,shadow of the tomb raider and rising storm. I get gpu usage of around 70-90% but get cpu usage of 15-20% maybe sometimes 30% also every game i play the rendering seems slow. Things like shadows, bushes and extra details load in slow. You have to get kinda close for them to spawn in this is also followed by occasionally 1 sec freezing in some of the games i listed. The fps will sometimes drop from 60 to 50 or 55 sometimes 40. I have installed all the drivers too.... my specs are 1060 6gb, ryzen 1600x, hdd 7500rpm and 2x8 ddr4 2933mhz

I have a 1060 6gb and 1600x with 16gb ram and every game i play is unstable and fps drops alot i play games like bfv, witcher 3, just cause 4 and Tomb raider 2018. This problem has been occurring since I've bought my pc, these stutters aren't that constant but they happen every 2-3 minutes. I'll have a smooth fps of 90 and get an fps drop of 80 or 85 I've tried alot of things to fix it like by reinstalling Windows, turn off vsync, turn of xbox game dvr, uninstalled drivers, clean standby ram, checked for ram and hdd stability issues and much more that i don't remember.I did use user benchmark everything was good but the hdd was performing below expectations but it still had a score of 77. I have had problems with stutters that generate a buzzing sound and when i turn off my pc the headset buzzes for a second so maybe the problem is related to audio? Can anyone help im honestly tired of this problem.
