  1. Hi, I've been paying some attention to my voltage ad clock speed, I've noticed on average my clock speeds are around 1.2v. According to Hwinfo, a max of around 1.3v - 1.35 has been reached while under small load, basically idle doing small tasks, such as using Chrome etc. As for clock speeds under same circumstances, they're average 4.6mhz. Would these be considered normal? I havent changed anything in bios, aside from having disabled MCE. i7 9700k (Stock for now) Asus Strix z390-E
  2. I took off the cooler and installed it again, turned of MCE, and adjusted my fan curve a little. Now temps average from 37-43.
  3. I disabled multicore enhancement and ran a stress test with Adia64. Only for 20 minutes just trying to have an idea of temps. I ended up with the following: Cores 1-4 averaging at 65-66. Cores 5-8 at 68-70. Even in bios my temps were around 40-45 after just turning my PC on. Edit: 50 minutes now, cores 1-4 average 67, 5-8 average 69. Core 4 sitting at 72 and core 7 at 66.
  4. Thanks, good to know. I'll try disabling it when I'm home and post temps afterwards.
  5. That's using the CPU stress test on adia64. Which I've seen others say their peaks are 55-65.
  6. Around 70 for most cores.
  7. Id say it's around 30 degrees Celsius.
  8. Hi all, I've recently brought a Noctua NH-D15, while idle my temps minimum on all cores are around 41-43 on my 9700k inside a Noctis 450. They bounce around though. With an average of around 50 on each core. Are these temps considered high for this setup?
  9. Would a Noctua NH-D15 fit with 2 sticks of Trident z ram in a Noctis 450?
  10. If I was to turn off the monitoring, I could boot into windows right? That wouldn't explain the temp rising to 60+. I'm not sure of the peak it reaches I haven't let it go much further past 60.
  11. As per the NZXT instructions, the CPU cooler connects into the hub on the back. And the hub connects into the CPU fan header. Which I've done. I've also tried just connecting the the h100i right into the fan header but the same thing happens. Possibly the coolers died?
  12. Hi guys, I've recently replaced my motherboard with the same type I previously had (had an issue with the old one). I've installed everything and plugged everything in and upon startup I get a warning "CPU Fan Error". The H100i fans are both spinning, and the cosair logo illuminates. The fan speed doesn't appear in the Asus bios. CPU temperature rises a degree every few seconds - I've turned it of before it gets too high though. I've tried using the CPU fan header aswell as the optional CPU fan header, same thing happens though. What's causing this and how would I fix it? Specs Case: NZXT Noctis 450 (this has a fan hub although J believe I have the config right) Motherboard: Asus Z390-E CPU: I7 9700k Cooler: H100i V2 Thanks in advance!
