TempestCatto reacted to Levent in Wipe everything on M.2 SSD including OS
technically speaking any time you are writing to an ssd, you are reducing its lifespan. Just create an USB installer of the version of windows you want and nuke partitions while reinstalling windows.

Probably not,
Β

I doubt you'd actually save much power, or meaningfully increase your GPUs lifespan.

TempestCatto got a reaction from Mitko_DSV in YouTube Ramps Up "1080p Premium Enhanced Bitrate" scheme. Retroactively Reducing Bitrate On Many Videos.
1080p has been looking fuzzy lately on any video I watch. Guess this is why. Wouldn't be necessary if they didn't shove ads down your throat like giving a cat its medicine. Then more people wouldn't feel the need for an adblocker.

Do they sneak unrelated stuff in like they do in America? Or is it purely what it says on the tin?

Not sure the exact model, our ISP provided it to us for emergencies. πΒ We're planning on replacing it with a GL.iNet Puli AX Cellular Router (GL-XE3000).
Proxmox! It's awesome and free!
That's Netdata, a super lightweight general system monitoring tool. It's sick.

Oh god, I sure hope 1080p videos downloaded with 3rd-party tools (YT-DLP, ClipGrab, Jdownloader, IDM etc) will not be in a cut bitrate...
Β
As a creator on the platform myself, I wouldn't mind too much if literally a single cent of this was passed onto the creator of the video. But no, John Google needs a 4th private jet and more money for AI?
