  1. For Windows and Linux: Firefox with ublock origin, sponsorblock, return youtube dislike, and (best of all) dark reader.
  2. Maybe I'm just used to really old tech, but this doesn't need to be a thing. I've replaced the screen, battery, and charge port assembly on my iPhone 6s. The parts were all from iFixit (not a sponsor) but I don't know if when I powered the phone back on it synced to said servers. I doubt it, nor is it necessary when you're replacing something like a battery. Apple just like using buzzwords to trick most people into thinking they need new muffler bearings every third oil change.
  3. I'd like to see an "ingredients" portion of the label. How much fiber is there really when they claim I have "fiber to the home"
  4. You're missing out on: No headphone jack, no physical home button, no fingerprint sensor, no love life. No thanks Apple. I'll stick to my 6s until it stops working on AT&T's network.
  5. Robots for a "good time" purpose about to be ruined with thought and reasoning.
  6. Check your CPU fan cable is plugged in. Coulda knocked it loose during cleaning.
  7. Yes glass half full and half empty. Everything is bad for you. But lead is more bad than some others. I know it doesn't come in contact with the drink. But why risk it?
  8. LTT has a CT scanner now? So we can finally get some GPU noods 0.0 In all seriousness, any kind of material that is inherently harmful for human consumption should probably not be anywhere near something humans use to consume. Even if it's not inside the part where drink goes. Idk, it just makes me uneasy knowing it's there. Thankfully, the LTT water bottle from LTTstore.com is lead free!
  9. It seems there's always some kind of drama with any major tech company. You can please the masses, but you can't please the asses.
  10. (I've only read the headline and it reminded me of this) I wish they would do something similar to Amazon. If you already pay for a Prime subscription you can't really listen to music much anymore. Click on a song or album and it "plays something similar" with those songs you actually wanted to here eventually mixed in the pile. Sure you can pay more money to "unlock" those "features" but it's so irritating to essentially lose a feature you already paid for (and still technically pay for). First world problems I guess.
  11. I would assume this luck will vary between airports and tsa agents in general. Glad you didn't lose them though. But what would happen if the agent said you can't take it on board? Would you be able to some how stuff it in your checked bags? What if you didn't have checked bags, would they let you mail it? I worry I'll do the same thing at some point. I keep a stubby in my camera backpack.
  12. I usually sneeze only once, but it's so powerful it vibrates my skull, my lips shudder, and I inadvertently yell like dog just shit on the carpet. It hurts like a minor headache whenever I sneeze. (maybe I should get that checked out?)
  13. That's molex. Just pull them they take a good bit of force sometimes to pull apart. I'd rather see them plugged into a motherboard header if possible - but that's just me (they also may not have the plugs for that).
  14. This shows how damn lazy these companies really are. Surely it can't cost that much to actually secure the data, right?
  15. I'm sorry but that's low key funny. Though I kinda want one as a display piece. "Naked" tech is really cool and makes me miss the days of transparent/translucent covers.
  16. Worst case scenario you can buy off the used market. A used CPU will do just as well as a new one for the most part.
  17. You're better off buying a kit that doesn't have RGB then selling your old kit that does to recoup the costs. But if you want a fun project, well, there ya go.
  18. Gonna make a substantial amount of people sail the 7 seas. I say, HOIST THE SAILS, RAISE ANCHOR, TELL US ABOUT OUR SPONSOR!
  19. I'm a fan of Eaton myself since they're pretty big in the enterprise market. LMG has a massive ass unit from Eaton as well. This is what I bought recently https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00DK45T68?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title I use it for my router, modem, cellular booster, and security camera homebase. That gets me about 2.3hrs of runtime. No idea how long my PC would last. But certainly long enough to save my game or work and shut down safely.
  20. I blame Colton. Guess he's fired now
  21. Do they sneak unrelated stuff in like they do in America? Or is it purely what it says on the tin?
  22. Nah fam. I only get my news from a truly reliable and unbiased source. Memes
