Hey guys! Not sure if this belongs in the Cpu/Mobo forum but whatever. So I have an MSI GTX 970 graphics card that takes up a lot of physical space on my motherboard. So much so that it blocks the PCI x1 slot that I want to use to buy a USB 3.0 card.
My mobo: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-78LMT-USB3-rev-60#ov
My gpu: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GAMING-GTX-970-4G/dp/B00NN0GEXQ
The card I want to buy (if it matters): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FPIMICA/ref=twister_B071SFL7MM?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
(The main reason I am trying to do this is so I have enough room for all of the USB cables vr headsets use.)
So, is there anything I can do? Unless I am stupid I don't think there is another PCIe x16 slot on the board, and the graphics card covers (presumably) the only PCI x1 slot the board has. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
