I got two old computers I want to sell to get a new computer, but idk how to do it

The computers I want try to sell is a HP Pavilion 24g014 All in One Computer and a Acer Aspire ZS600
    1. https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-24g014-Touchscreen-i3-6100T/dp/B01L014A4O
    2, https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ID/content/support-product/4531;-

Right now my goal is to sell these two computers to have enough money to pay for a Acer Aspire C24-865-ACi5NT AIO Desktop
    https://www.amazon.com/Acer-C24-865-ACi5NT-i5-8250U-802-11ac-Wireless/dp/B07CY79CKZ

Any tips or ideas on how to sell these or no? This is my first time trying to sell electronics and I don't know what they are both worth since they are both used, however they are both in good working condition with just some little dust.

Take lots of pics, sell them on facebook, ebay, your local selling sites etc.
Be reasonable with your offers, look at what others of the same make and model are selling for.

That is excellent.  One tip do not run Prime95 or synthetic stress tests.  Use Aida64 for stability test.  You should be in the 70's c on full load aida64 and what not.

So I built this around 4 months ago and it is my very first pc , I think it came out pretty good , although my cable management could improve lol . Been thinking of getting a loop for the cpu as the case does allow for water cooling , but I am just a noob so I don’t think it’s a good idea , but let me know if I should .

    Spec list :
    - ryzen 5 2600
-16gb trident Z rgb ram , 3000mhz speed -with OC
    -asus b450f mobo
    - Gtx 1070 FE
    -2TB segate hdd
    -240gb hyperX ssd
-coolermaster master cooler 120 cpu aio
    -650w gold seasonic psu
and it’s all packed into an NZXT H500i

Pretty awesome first build. Reminds me a bit of mine, I had a haswell i7 I got from a friend, and a 770, but it was when an SSD was pretty expensive and RGB was yet to be user friendly.

This is my little mod to the case to improve it's airflow and temps, but in my case I use a radiator so I had to do this to improve the temps (magnetic air filters recommended).

btw, I have the case, and my 1070 ti+8600k doesn't come higher than 70 degrees, so I'm fine (my 8600k is cooled by a low-profile cooler)

Front panel seems completely closed off (most likely there's hole in bottom).
So you need to deal with that thing. Taking it off will remove top ports as well or not? If not you can take it off, get a dust filter of that size and simply roll without front panel.

Just built a system for a friend in one of those, its a very restrictive case all things considered, the only thing i can imagine doing is leaving the front or side panel off the case, cutting up the acrylic may mess it up too much.

The stock cooler will be sufficient for moderate overclocks. Honestly it depends heavily on which AIO or air cooler you get for what temps you'll get.

I see your point but having the fact that I already purchased the cpu and going by what most of the replies have said , I might as well stay either with the stock air cooler or maybe get one that’s a little better .

    Air cooler:

Pros: More reliable, no worrying about leaks, etc. Dual fans provide redundancy.
Cons: Big, can block ram slots, can possibly not fit in smaller cases. Potentially louder than AIOs (heavily dependent on the cooler/fans you get.)

    Water cooler (AIO):

Pros: Quieter. Much smaller, can fit in smaller cases, "prettier"? You can use cool RGB fans on the rad and you can actually see them?
Cons: SPOF (single point of failure) in the pump. Pump + 2 fans (for a 240 mm AIO) will use more power than just the 2 fans on a typical air cooler. Leaks = possible gpu damage or mobo damage. Eventually the pump will get clogged, and AIOs are not meant to be cleaned.

Personally, I go big with air coolers. I don't want to be mixing water with my multi thousand dollar computer no thank you.

As for performance. The highest end air coolers (noctua DH-15, Dark Rock Pro, etc.) are about equal (or better) than most 240mm AIO setups.

    Other things to consider:

Air coolers have a very short "equilibrium" time. If you run a stress test the CPU temp will stabilize in a few minutes. On a water cooler, the CPU temp will initially be lower... but it will slowly creep up over time as the rad gets heat soaked. So if you have a long gaming session, it's going to get warm. But if you only play for 30 minuets, you'll probably end up seeing lower temps than an air cooler. However, this comes with a downside. Once the water inside the water cooler is warm, it takes a while to cool back down. Where as an air cooler cools down almost immediately. (Within a few minutes.)

bare in mind how much you are spending on cooler and cpu vs a faster cpu.
if you want a water cooled system on mid range cpu why not get a beefy cpu at stock in the first place

Bryan2375 reacted to Slottr in Should I go for an air cooler or aio?
    Air imo

You avoid all the complications of a water cooler like a broken pump and leaks while getting the same performance if you get a decent tower cooler like the D15 or Dark Rock Pro 4

The ryzen stock cooler is pretty good, even fine for a moderate overclock. But if you want a better OC I'd definitely go to one of the coolers I mentioned

I have a i5 8400 (nearly the same performance than the ryzen 2600), in CPU demanding titles it can be a bottleneck for my 1070. But other than that, everything runs above 60 fps, most of the time around 90 or higher in 1080p hight/ultra settings.

I would go with the best that your budget can afford, but definitely not lower than the 1070.

EDIT: sorry, my finger slipped and I ended up writing i7 5400 instead of i5 8400, oops
