I can't find the manual and how do I reflash it if I can't get into the bios?

Hi everyone I did an update for my motherboard this morning just to make sure everything was up to date something I do every now and again update installed no problem but when I have come to try and log back on to my pc it coming up with an E1 q_code, IV tried clearing the CMOS, unplugging it for a bit and re loading it, nothing is working I can't even enter the bios via ESC, f2, f1 or delete which I don't know what to do now everything is on auto just to make sure I couldn't screw it up Specs Amd 1800x Asus Gtx 1080ti 11gb strix Asus crosshair VI hero Corsair dominator 16GB ddr4 3200mhz Corsair cx 750 Corsair h100i cooler 4 hard drives 2 SSD 1 m2 pcie

1st gen for price and upgradability if he wants to get more serious he can up it if he wants IV only got £600 to work with and the 1000 is £100 cheaper then 2000 of the same spec
