Before. But then again even 600-700 watt psu's arent very expansive at all.

the fans don't run til it hits 60 degrees. they don't run fast. and even when they do you hear them but it's not annoying. it's easy to ignore when under a gaming load. i can simply have it around 60/65% and you don't even hear it. it keeps it around 60-70c. mind you this is while overclocked. i personally got it stable in most games with a 100 on the core and 880 on the memory. even without an overclock it doesnt even reach the 70c.

the software is well i have no issues with it. you can use their overclocking software but i use afterburner for the overlay.
its a good card. especially if you want to game at 1080p. you will be able to do this at high refresh for the upcoming years for sure.

doesn't need to dream. all that needs to be done is making a gpu with strong enough power to properly use raytracing. which will happen with next gen current gen is just a stepping stone. but its a stepping stone to something big

wrong. they said singleplayer the actual 2077 cyberpunk game wouldnt have microtransactions. And that still stands. So they didnt lie
No bullshit, no microtransactions. you get what you paid for.

Multiplayer is still in development. and can have microtransactions like cosmetics. Which i totally wouldnt mind. It is done by a separate team. It's not in development together with the singleplayer game. its something different. So i 100% know that they arent making something small scale. And that needs to be funded too.

3700x since my current cpu the 2600x is not performing well with my 2070 super. dont know why tho

same. if you have an eye for detail you can get annoyed quickly. Dying light is an amazing game but the lighting bugs me. i reaaaly hope dying light 2 will have global illumination ray tracing. I asked the devs directly fyi. they (techland  ofc) said this : " Hey, it's hard to answer this question  at this point, we're currently experimenting with new technologies. " i asked whether they could keep me updated. they said that they could do that.

you dont need it on no. but it looks dammm fine with it on. really makes it more realistic. i really hope that dying light 2 will also have global illumination.

once you see what rtx global illumination can do in metro exodus you kinda want all games to have it. especially the spring mission with the bridge as you go in the hanger to get that one traincard. turning it off and on inside there really shows the difference in graphical quality. It just looks so damm realistic with it on.

now? not so much. within a year? very big. cyberpunk 2077, dying light 2 come around february/march and will support rtx. and with the new consoles also supporting it. it will come with even more games. and it will soon be widely adapted.
since its pretty much the next step in graphically upgrading games.

i would say though. for now. even my 2070 super has no issue doing raytracing at 1440p high settings. like in metro exodus. still getting around 70-90 fps.
so if you want to get an rtx gpu and you have around a 1070ti or below get the 2070 super. nothing more nothing less its a good middle ground that doesnt cost much and still performs extremely well. i do say though. have at least a 2700x or equivallent since my 2600x doesnt keep up in some games even at 1440p. so make sure you pair it with a good cpu. any ryzen 3000 will be fine tho like 3600/x or 3700x.

they are all around the same. and its not thermal issues at full multi load it hits around 70 degrees. at 1 core load it hits about 54. so i really dont know

    after bios update
    multi 2776
    single 404

    so even less performance

so far just removing oc and doing pbo
mutli 2808 so reduced as expected with lower overal speed
    but..
single 407. so an improvement. kinda weird..
my bios was the second to last but ill update and do the mutli core and single test again

weird i wrote down cinebench but it didnt save? well cinebench r20. if i look around however the single score should be around 410 ish and mutli around 3100 ish. so there really is an issue i think but idk what. i can try to remove the overclock and see how it runs in cinebench r20

could just be that the cpu isnt performing good? just tested again i think so. i think there is something wrong.
single is 396 (its oced to 4.1)
    mutli is 2923

i dont see anything wrong with my system. no heating issues no power issues no overclocking issues. so i don't know what could cause it to not work properly other than just not being a good match.

im not overly advanced with memory overclocking i simply use the xmp provided making it go on 3200 speed.
Its not pbo its manually overclocked to 4.1 and its stable no crashes in anything. i doubtt making my ram go at 3266 would change the cpu bottle neck. Its not just battlefield some other games have the issue too which really makes me think that this cpu just isnt good enough for a 2070 super. Maybe a 2700x would be fine but that would be useless i will probably wait. since its not terrible fps it just creates some stuttering issues. i dont play battlefield 5 allot though so its not that terrible i just hope i wont have issues when cyberpunk and dying light 2 get released.

i have tried many different things my friend, the ones you mentioned are the ones i tried right at the start

nothing is eating any usage. nor does my virus program bring issues since turning it off isnt helping. and older gpu drivers dont work either.
my only and sadly solution that i can tell is that this cpu even though it shouldnt be causing this much of an hold bag is holding back the gpu. at levels where it almost looks like bottleneck xd not terrible but clearly there. maybe its just due to poorly optimizing their game engine though i dont know.

well no other game has that issue only battlefield 5. i know it shouldnt happen but it does. a gpu shouldnt be at 70% when playing a game like battlefield 5

it does tho  you know there is an issue when your gpu isnt around 95% but near the 70-75% mark at 1440p ultra settings. heck not even with raytracing.

for example battlefield 5.  ruins the performance of the 2070 super with that cpu.

pretty amazing. sadly held back by my 2600x though. cant wait to plop a ryzen 4000 series in my mobo when they release and bring good performance.

but its doing good barely hear it at 60% fan speed which keeps the gpu at around 65c. Raytracing also works flawlessly at 80 ish fps high settings 1440p.
