  10. Hi there, a month ago my computer suddenly wasn't able to boot into any OS, due to the circumstances I believed the motherboard was at fault so I RMA'd it, today i got it back but the issue proceeds. At this point I am desperate as school starts soon. The only other component I think would be at fault is the CPU, but i dont have another month to spend on this. I've tried : Resetting the BIOS Reinstalling Windows 10 (issue still occurs with Linux lite) Switching RAM slots Trying other storage options Please help.
  11. List your parts, also we need more specific things for example do the fans spin, any internal LED's on?
  12. It will, as your motherboard supports up to 32GB of DDR3.
  13. The screws don't really matter in my experience, as long as you dont tighten them down too mcuh you should be fine, but use the zipties. You can live with the air buildup, but try to fix it asap. If you really need optical drives, you can buy external ones for around 30$ (at least where i live).
  14. Hi there, what keyboard do you use, as some older keyboard don't play nice with newer hardware.
  15. If you don't have warranty; I'd suggest you take out the card and check for where it is "grinding". This shouldn't be ignored. It probably will be a fan replacement. I found you a store that sells them for 20$ + shipping. If you will have to replace the fan, you can replace one, and have one on hand if the other one fails. https://www.gpufanreplacement.com/collections/zotac/products/zotac-gtx-1070ti-1080ti-amp-fan-replacement
  16. I'd personally connect it to thePC, as I've had monitors that made the speakers more silent. Try to connect to both, if there is no difference its up to your prefrence. The speakers couldn't hurt your hardware.
  17. Hi everyone, i have recently been getting a problem with my internet I use a Asus RT-N12+ that is connected to my main router a Tundra Titanium-24 my asus router that is set on repeater mode, (Budget router) used to pull thru 6-8mb but with time its starting to slow down to 70kb/s, issues started occuring where i had to factory reset my Asus router for it to get any speed. My Tundra router works fine, but moving it to my pc isnt an option as it is connected to the TV. I use an Asrock G41MH/USB 3 motherboard and a CAT6 Lan cable. Internet speed test shows 30mb/s (Im not good at this at all).
  18. Also i couldnt be your gpu as it is responsible for getting the picture to your screen.
  19. Try reseting the bios to original settings.
