  1. No on both Motherboards we reinstalled Windows multiple times ... sadly (about 10 - 15 times on the i7 machine and 4 times on the Threadripper) therfore the windows install ist the Problem. Edit: we tryed live linux worked fine as well .. but you know its linux you cant game on a live booted linux system ...
  2. We had the same idea but we are wondering because we had the same errors with another MB and CPU (the I7), we are currently trying an older GPU from AMD to try to eliminate the Nvidia Drivers as a problem souce. At the moment we are thinking that a Driver conflickt between the, GPU and NVME exists but we are not sure ... we will keep updating this thread if you have any furher ideas please sent them... Thank you for your help and the Quick replies so far!!
  3. We tryed at first but then it crashed. After a while we reinstalled the OS we reinstalled it about 3 times now on the new Machine. In Short it made no differnce the errors are Ocoruing any way. We switch to an older Version of windows know (1803 instead of 1903) and we are currently testing again. Trying to find the error.
  4. Hey guys, this is a guy having Problems with his PC ... Hello everyone, a friend of mine just build a new PC: -Ryzen Threadripper 1920 -GTX 1080 Ti -Samsung 970 Evo 500GB -Asrock X399 Phantom Gaming 6 -1000W EVGA PSU But as soon as he tryed to install Drivers for the GPU the system started having issues, with different BOSDs every time. Some errors may include (in oder of how often they appeard): -DCP Watchdog Violation -Video TDR Failure -Page Fault in NONPAGED Area (has only ocuored once probably not the Problem) After one of these errors apperas, the System often isn't bootable becasue it alwas goes in Startup-Recovery. Sometimes it boots after the Recovery but not very often, but often chrashes again. We tryed changing hardware but its unlikely to be the fault because in an older System (I7 4790, MSI Motherboard) the same errors appeared when using the NVME-Drive and GPU at the same time. Also NVME+CPU (olny the I7 with onboard Graphics) works fine. The GPU was for testing installed in my Machine and woked fine (even under load) without any errors. We think that this error is related to GPU Drivers because either windows installs them and it Crashes or we install them with Geforce Expirience and the System Crashes. We dont have any other ideas so we are calling for help. Thanks for your help in advance!!! By the way: Sorry if my English isnt good am still learning. The support of Micorsoft and Nvidia havent helped.
  5. jea but i want to upgrade quite a lot of Things in the future as well so i thought 750 would be more than sufficient and i dont have to worry to much about it in the Future [E|S]
  6. Conclusion: I have bought a new PSU to be on the 'save side' and than i also dont have to keep the PSU in mind when i am changing Parts of my computer. The neu PSU is a Modular 750Watt be quiet 80+ Gold.
  7. I know its a terrible Card in Modern Games .. thats why i want to upgrade... And i only play at 1080p and the lowest settings of the Low settings and get around 20-25 FPS ?
  8. Model of the PSU: 450 Watt be quiet! System Power B9 Bulk Non-Modular 80+ Bronze I dont know more about it (The PSU) Haven't thought about that ... ?
  9. I once tested my System and i saw peaks at around 200 Watt already (with my current config and Not the most reliable power Meter) so you still think that my PSU will be enough with the added 175Watts? Need a moment for the model
  10. Hi there, so i have my PC (self build) and i want to upgrade my graphics Card. But i don't Know if my Power supply is strong enough My current Config: I5-4690 @3.5Ghz Fatal1ty H97 Performance Motherboard 16GB DDR3 HyperX RAM 1TB 72RPM HHD 1 M.2 Samsung 970 EVO in m.2 to PCI adapter (with RGB (YAY) ) 1 Samsung 860 EVO Additional Wireless networking Card (PCIe) Geforce GTX 750 Ti 450W Bequiet Power Supply My Target for a new Graphics Card would be a RTX 2070 (I know that my Processor is probably a Bottleneck for that Card but i plan on upgrading that to in the future but now in Games linke Shadow of the Tomb Raider The CPU is Often only on about 20-30% usage) My problem is that i dont know if my PSU can handle the load. The PSU-calc tells me that i need around 435 Watts but i have 450W Bequiet Power Supply so i have learnd that i alwas need a better PSU than the PSU-CALC tells me So my question is if my PSU is enough for my Planned Load of the RTX 2070 Upgrade? Small disclaimer: This is my first post on this forum an i am not a native English speaker
