The GN video above is good, but also.... you are fine to upgrade. Your PSU is solid, and thats really the only concern here.
Should be good to go, just check temps of things after the swap.

Don't get the Netgear. Either go with the first one which is an AC router (WiFi 5) or find an AX router (WiFi 6). The Netgear isn't an AX capable router but is using the (now dead) AD technology so it's pointless and a worthless spend for something you'll never be able to use.
