  1. Hi guys probably a dumb question but will filling both m.2 slots on my asus z390-e board affect my graphics card performance? I have a 2080ti installed in the top slot and would use both m.2 slots for nvme drives. From my looking I don’t think it would. But thought someone on here may know for sure. I’ve included a picture of for some reason it may help .thank you for any insight in advance!

  3. I know what you mean. The crucial is 175 for the 2tb and the Samsung is 200 for 2tb . I’ve ordered both lol just gotta decide which to return .
  4. The 2tb versions of both have pretty good sales going. Not doing anything crazy with them. More or less a game drive. Any reason to go with one over the other ? Leaning towards crucial because it’s actually cheaper and no wires. But I do like the track record of Samsung.
  5. Currently the modem is in the basement . And my router for the amplifi HD is on the first floor. I have the modem bridged and only the Amplifi broadcasts . Currently the only thing hardwired is my desktop . Once the basement is finished I’ll have 3-4 devices hardwired. On average we have about 6 devices using WiFi. I don’t have a real dead zone but upstairs in my bedroom and bathroom the speeds can drop to 5-6 down. I currently have a AMPLIFI mesh pointe upstairs in the hallway outside my room. hardwired speed tests I get right around 300/300 within 10-20mb each way hard wired. my budget is $400-$600 I’ve been looking at ASUS products since I can essentially make a mesh with any of their products and they seem to have good range and speed on most of their routers from my research i don’t think i need to spend the money on a WiFi 6 router yet since I don’t have anything at the moment that uses it. I’ve looked at getting maybe 2 RT-30-ac88u’s one for the upstairs and one for the basement . Or maybe a ac5300 either the rt or gt for upstairs and the ac88u or ac86u for the basement .
  6. I am finishing my basement and looking for suggestions on a network setup. With the basement it will be for a little over 5k sq ft across 3 floors. Currently i have an amplifi Hd and i just don't get the speeds from it i have a 300 symmetrical connection and even with help from ubiquiti i'm lucky to get 100 down right next to the router that's hardwired. Would prefer that any extenders ill use can be hardwired as i have netowrk ports throughout the home. Thank you in advance!
  7. Can any of the nighthawk range extenders be hardwired? Looking at the back it appears they have 4 1 gig ports but they it looks like those are used to connect other devices. Not to connect to the network. Anyone know about this?
  8. Looking to get a 4K 5.1 set up all in around $750 US or less . Would like to have about 6 HDMIS if possible no less than 5. Any recommendations? Wether it be full sets or speakers and a separate receiver. thank you in advance!
  9. Seems like a killer . But sadly i haven’t seen any mention of it coming to the US .
  10. Anyone with a oneplus device on Verizon . Do you have any limitations of use or problems? The other concern I have as a current iPhone user is support. Currently if I have a problem I go to the Apple store wait in an 8 hour line but typically walk out with a replacement . How’s the customer service for US oneplus customers?
  11. Anyone had both or used one as a daily driver and have an opinion ? I’ve played with them at T-Mobile and am kind of torn. Love the full screen and smaller camera on the pro . Screen brightness is nice on the 7T even though it’s lower Res. I primarily just use a phone for texting and media consumption and never take selfies so the motor is a non issue for me. Just looking for feedback from people with either . Or suggestions on Another device if you’ve had them and had regrets. Thanks !
  12. i mean . i'm not opposed to something older. less about speed more about form factor. I like the smaller bezels. I actually LOVE the 7pro . I almost never use a selfie camera so having 100% screen to me is beautiful. that's an option as well still an 855 vs the 855+ in the 7T lol. the 90 HZ on one plus devices is also appealing to me.
  13. My other big thing is battery life. But anything current will be better than my 7plus
  14. I feel like the camera stuff is ridiculous. My current phone is a 7plus and the camera is more than fine for what I use it for. I feel like any modern camera should be more than sufficient. Unless you’re a content creator and for some reason only use a phone . I’ve been super bored with my iPhone which is why I never upgraded. I’m not a fan of that notch on the iPhone . But part of the reason I’m not looking to go full on flagship is because more phone are going full screen or closer to it and I’d like to see what’s coming. But my phone is dying lol
