My cpu is the intel i5 7600 non k my Graphics card is gtx 670 my motherboard is Gigabite h110m s2h everytime i play games or do any video editing my usage is goes to around 90-100% on idl its only about 30% is anything bottlenecking my performance. I have tried everything. Any suggestions please

Well I tried undervlolting the cpu and it says my temperature 49 degrees seems to have gone down so far it's good

What do you recommend ?

Usage is about 50 ram usage is about 40-50

So I been having this problem for a While now. I like to play Games Like Fortnite, GTA, Call of Duty which you need a good PC. I have the i5 7600 not the k version so I won't no over locking for me. I used to play games at medium to High Settings and I would get 60-100 but now I get 30-40 , I recently came to the conclusion that it was my CPU my temp used to be 80-100 now it's 60-70 because I Delid my CPU the FPS did increase only for few seconds so I tried turning of my pc for a few minutes to let the CPU cool down, At 30-40 degrees my FPS is about 90-100 but the CPU slowly Starts to heat up at round 60-70 then my FPS starts to go down to 30-40 FPS. I changed my CPU cooler and Thermal paste already I don't know if I should buy a new CPU or Buy a better CPU Cooler. Any Help Please My PC Specs i5 7600 non k Version 8gb Ram GTX 670
