Hello everyone, I currently have a i7-8700k with a Asus z370 prime motherboard and am haveing an issue with my CPU haveing ridiculous temp spikes when I open up a browser or when I'm video editing specifically scrubbing through the video it goes from like high 30c to about high 60c to low 70c and then back down immediately when I stop or the broswer is done opening. All this is causeing my fans to go insane and it's driving my nuts. I have a corsair h60 aio cooler on it and it's also not overclocked at all. Any ideas. Also I've already installed the latest bios on the motherboard from Asus.
