Ryzen likes fast speeds for gaming. Get the RAM working as fast as possible.

    That's a good point, I didn't even consider if my cpu supports 3200mhz >.>
Fortunately for me, the kit that I bought is just 4$ more than the kit that runs at 3000 😅
I'll probably try to run 48gb config first and see if it's even stable because I definitely need those two extra chrome tabs open.
    Thank you!

first of all, zen+ might not be able to do 3200MHz on 16gb dimms
maybe 3000 is a safer option
but if the prices arent too different then sure, you can manually downclock and tighten the timing if it doesnt run at 3200

    as for your question,
    answered it pretty well
because hitting pagefile sucks more than slow RAM

some, though it may not be too obvious

mixing and matching RAM may not work though, so there's a possibility that it wont even boot with the 48gb config.
    but it should be fine

If you use more than 32gb of ram on ur pc usage then use the 48gb option

If you will never need the extra RAM, use the 32gb 3200 mhz option

I don't recommend a graphite thermal pad because they can't shape themselfs into an even layer and you could get a partial coverage thermal grizzly kryonaut or arctic mx-4 are the best you can put in the laptop and they can last for a long period.
another reason could be a malware or a virus

Check to see if the input on the monitor is selecting 'vga' and not another input. If possible, try another monitor. If those things don't work, start to diagnose the pc.
    Good luck!

Your processor should run both graphics cards with no issue at all. The best you can do is look at benchmarks of each the cards.
    https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB-vs-AMD-RX-590/3639vs4033
This website gives a side by side comparison of the two of them in various tests, I recommend looking at the details. I would personally go for the RX 590.
As for the power supply question, I recommend building your computer on https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ if there are any problems with your build, this website will tell you.
Also for a power supply, I usually get a power supply that matches the maximum wattage + 100 to 200 watts. For example, if the max wattage is 500, I would probably get a 650W or 700W power supply. It might be a bit overkill, but it gives me wiggle room if I want to upgrade my build at any point.

    Good Luck!

Buy the much cheaper RX 570, or a normal RX 580 at under $200

Unless you really want all 3 of the games in the bundle

As long as the seller looks good it's probably fine

More likely you can find R5 1400/1500X/1600 CPUs for like $100 sometimes

    Fake. GTX1060s don't have VGA. It's likely a GTX550Ti or GTS450.

used R9 290x/390x/R9 Nano GPUs should be going for quite cheap atm. like around 120$ iirc. that or mining RX 580s are dropping to like 130-150$ on the used market

Oof, that is tricky. Have you considered buying used hardware or using old hardware instead of new? Like the keyboard, monitor and graphics card maybe? Its difficult because it easily becomes a game of hit or miss with used tech. It's just super important that if buying used tech online, they have a return policy that isn't dumb.

Also, I noticed you also need an operating system for your computer. I was able to buy a windows 10 pro key for 10$ on ebay
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Microsoft-Windows-10-Pro-Professional-license-activation-key-code-32-64-BIT/223201660931?epid=28027052691&hash=item33f7db1003:g:a8EAAOSwp7Rb-KWy:rk:2:pf:0
It was really sketchy, but it worked and I got my product key, and its still working.

Buying used is also nice because it can expand your budget for possible old good tech. For example, this razer keyboard
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Razer-BlackWidow-Ultimate-2014-Elite-RZ03-00384600-R3U1-Wired-Keyboard/132886410165?epid=242651032&hash=item1ef0a5b3b5:g:RtUAAOSwg-tcEWqM:rk:4:pf:0&LH_BIN=1
is 32$ and I have had this keyboard for the past forever and love it, and you'd be saving 7$. Like i said, just make sure it has a good return policy.

The extra cores are nice for VMs though.

You might want to get an additional HDD to run them in a mirrored configuration, unless you're working off a server or NAS. Other than that I don't see any problems with your choice of parts.
