  3. It depends, streaming can be gpu accelerated, so have a look into how that works. A 2600 or 2600x is really as far as you need to go for clock speeds, so you might as well put the extra money into a decent graphics card.

  5. An 8gb DDR4 heatsink? I assume you mean motherboard? Most of us use this website https://pcpartpicker.com/ to look for parts, and make formatting a bit more consistent.
  6. Not sure about runescape, but minecraft hardly uses GPU at all. OP might be better off paying a bit more for a 2600, and only using the integrated graphics.
