Its an EVGA 600w 80+ it does not crash on other games, including more demanding ones

I play this game at a high level with a team, so im usually playing this game for 10 hours a day, however recently my pc would randomly shutdown upon loading into a game, then after troubleshooting many different things, it has started to shutdown just in the menus. I have reinstalled windows, completely reinstalled the gpu drivers, stress tested the cpu, ram and gpu outside of the game(all fine.) I have also reseated all of the components inside the pc The temperatures are all normal, with the cpu peaking at 60 degrees and the gpu peaking at 70 degrees. i tried updating windows, its clear that windows is not the issue.

This bsod is oddly specific and very frustrating. Every time i open Rainbow Six Siege i get the Page Fault in non paged area bsod. I have tried reinstalling the game on a different harddrive, i tried reinstalling the anti cheat service. I tried memory checks and disk checks, and finally i tried updating windows. This all happened following me accidentally kicking the pc mid-game causing a crash.

So, i woke up one day and was going to change my gamma settings for a game called osu! and i noticed the g-sync panel in my control panel, i clicked on it and it says my monitor supports g-sync. I know for a fact that it didnt support it before. Also the monitor only cost me £170 for a freesync, 144hz screen

So i recently updated my windows 10 to 1903, now some of my old programs, such as ESL WIRE, Origin and obs, will not open at all, i can see them in my task manager, they just wont open, no error codes or anything obvious. I tried to roll back my windows but it wont allow me. I tried disabling anti virus. in fact, here is a list of things i tried to get esl to work 1. uninstall ESL Anticheat2. uninstall Antivirus Software3. turn off Firewall4. clean your system and registry, for example with CCleaner5. update your PC, also NET.Framework, visual c++ 6. restart PC and download wire7. install it, with admin rights8. test it at the "ESL Wire Test Team" still nothing. I play Rainbow 6 at a high level so esl wire working is crucial for me.

i already tried this, thinking back there was one time that i stuck to the bios defaults and it still happened

ok, will try this, i dont know how i can say that it is fixed without waiting a week or so though.

Another thing to note, although i dont know if it effects anything, when i turn off the PC the rgb on my mouse stays on, no im not just putting it in sleep mode.

I have changed the speed from 2133 to 3000, it is 3000mhz ram but it defaults to 2133. How can i go about changing the voltage?
