    Or not. Tried same cable with DP on another computer, and it worked. I guess it's the DP on the card.

    Tried HDMI = worked Tried 2 DP ports on the gpu = didn't work. Well I guess I'm getting a new monitor. Thanks for your help.

    No, there is no post screen and even if I did get into the bios I couldn't see it.

    Build: MSI RTX 2060 Ventus Ryzen 5 3600 Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H When I turn on my PC, the monitor turns on with a black screen then it displays "no signal". This happens again when windows starts (I tell by the startup sound). I have tried removing the graphics card and plugging into the motherboard but I don't think there are any onboard graphics. I'm currently looking at warranty.
