First thing first, what motherboard are you using? 
 
There are a few settings in the BIOS you'll want to mess with in order to get your 3000 CPU working smoothly. 
 
But, to answer your question blindly, on Ryzen Master, select a profile you want to edit. (Profile 1, Profile 2, Creator Mode, Game Mode are the options) Then where it says "Peak Core(s) Voltage" Just turn that down a tiny bit, hit "Apply + Test" on the bottom to make sure it's a bit stable, then run a Cinebench R15 run to make sure its more stable.  Then repeat, knock the voltage down a bit, test it, and keep doing that until it fails to complete the test.  After that, turn the voltage back to your last stable setting.  

I'm updating the drivers right now,but i've found the config file of the game and it says that it launching at this 1680x1050 resolution which is clearly very wrong,change it to the native Full HD and will give it a shot once the drivers finish with installing,thanks for the help 

Otherwise there is the option to go with the stock 212 either in the normal or in the black edition andadding a rgb fan if you want the RGB.

I’d personally go for the tg5 over the tg4 in a hot second.  I’m not an RGB person though.  I like my case to sit in a corner, be quiet, and not draw attention to itself.

As for case, I suggest you to get a better clearance one (TG5). You can always upgrade the RGB later (like buying LED strips or fans. That's what I did). This is because a good clearance case allows you to have more room to upgrade.
 
By the way, Your CPU cooler should fit the TG4 one, since your CPU cooler height is less than the clearance the case reported.
