Hello everyone! So I recently just upgrade my PC to a ryzen build Ryzen 7 2700x GSKILL TRIDENT Z ASUS ROG STRIX 2070TI ASUS ROG STRIX B450F SAMSUNG 970 evo fresh windows 10 pro install I have been ruining into an issue where my computer wont shutdown or go to sleep, it will restart just fine. what is happening is it will start to shutdown/sleep but it will freeze on a black screen with my cursor still there unable to move. i have disabled fast boot and fast startup as well as updating windows 10. i am not sure what else to do and google has not been much help so far. Any help is much appreciated!! this issue is getting really annoying!!

Hi, so I have been putting together a computer for my cousin and it wont post it just lights up for half a second then shuts off.It has•8th gen i5• msi z370 m5 gaming mobo• corsair vengenance ddr4 ram sticks •pny 970•thermal take 650 watt psu •and a cooler master coolerhttps://imgflip.com/gif/2oidveThat is exactly what it is doing whenever I try to start it. I've been trying to trouble shoot it with a different psu, changing ram slots, taking off the cooler to make sure it isn't shoorting, tried posting outside of the case, and taking out the GPU to see if it would make a difference to no avail. I've also checked all power connections are snuggly in place. And lastly I took the CPU out of the mobo to see if it would power on and it does, it doesn't give a pistol code which is expected with no CPU just thought this could be useful infoThank you for any help you can give
