Doesn't work...

So this happened to me before. I took my laptop to school; as i do everyday; and it worked just fine. When i returned home it refused to turn on. I followed the recommended instructions on how to fix the issue to no avail. A couple days later it worked just fine. This happened again a couple days ago. Same exact story, but this time it still won't boot up. A couple things to note: It charges perfectly fine, the charging led works as it normally would. When it started working again the first time round, it didnt boot up from the start, it was as if i had my computer in Sleep mode. The power button is a key on the keyboard rather than a different kind of button.
