  1. I use to get 60-70 fps on ultra setting on Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, but now I'm getting 160-200 fps on ultra with the same resolution, which is 1920x1080p. Not gonna lie I enjoy 1440p more than 1080p but still, the resolution was not the problem or didn't even play a part of being the problem.
  2. I fixed the issue. it was because of the thread ripper. The resolution played no part of holding back the performance.
  3. Thank you. I'll let you guys know of my progress once the parts come in.
  4. the reason why I got the thread ripper was is that it was for sale for $280.
  5. I will thanks. I already got the monitor, now I'm just waiting for the parts.
  6. I got a 1440p, 144hz monitor and an 8700k with msi z390 ace on the way. I'm gonna see if this fixes my issue.
  7. the frame rate seems to fluctuate a lot. it jumps from 167-330 fps
  8. Sorry about that. I play at 1080p. While using heaven benchmark, my cpu usage stays consistently at 24.3%- 40% while idling at 62 celsius. My gpu usage stays at 49% to sometimes 70% usage and never goes any higher. My gpu temp stays at 48-50 celsius.
  9. I recently built this computer and I've noticed when comparing my fps in-game to other people who have the same settings and pc parts that I have, I am getting almost 60 fps lower than these other people. I've tried running benchmarks and I would get the same results. I've tried redownloading the gpu drivers, reseating the gpu, and I can't find out what's wrong with it. I've made sure my bios is up to date, I've tried using ryzen master and this did increase performance but still, I'm not getting the full performance out of this gpu. I am running quad channel. I've spent SO much money on this pc and I really want to get the performance I paid for. 10. How do I turn on gaming mode? I'm new to this ryzen master
  11. I've had this problem with my 980 ti, 1080, 1080 to and now my rtx 2080 to. I've used heaven benchmark and many other benchmarks to examine the usage of my GPU and it won't go over 70% usage. I've set my power setting to perfer maximum performance. I've reseated the GPU. I've reinstalled graphics drivers. My mobo is up to date. I've even rest my PC multiple times and still doesn't work. Nothing is being bottlenecked. I've completely ran out of ideas and I need help. I've spent a good bit of money on this computer for a great gaming expierencing that I can't even get.
