  1. Hi Alll... I want to ask if you think that I should put the side covers on my cpu casing rather than leave them off... At the moment it's off so it can be cool by the fan that's blowing to me. Should i put the side panel back on or just let it be?
  2. I found a funny comic on the newspaper today... Hope it doesn't become a reality...
  3. Hi all... I'm planning to get a new system using AMD Ryzen Gen3, Can I use 2 different M.2 SDD (M.2 NVME as primary (Windows) and M.2 SATA as secondary (Game) storage). Or do I have to use both NVME or both SATA. Thanks Bomberman00
  4. Hi all... I am planning to get a new system by the middle of march. Now that the price of processors have dropped here in Malaysia, I'm started to get confused on which way to go? Do I go with CPU cores and thread ( like the Ryzen 2700X) or the base frequency (like Intel i7 7700K). BTW both prices nearly the same (Just add a 100 on the other chip)... Need Help????? Thanks Bomberman00
  5. Hi all... I just been cleaning my stuff inside my computer store room. I found this speaker system the Altec Lansing ACS45.1, a 2.1 speaker with a wooden sub-woofer. I tested it and found out that it still work as good as when i bought it.(Can't remember when... it's too long ago) My question is does anyone have a working PC speaker that is 20+ years and still working and Is the sound better than a plastic sub-woofer casing? 6. Hi all... Oh! boy... Ces 2019, You have made me more headache on which graphics card to buy... Nvidia RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon VII. Should I go for the more expensive AMD or Nvidia... I have untill end of Feb to deside which one to choose...? Linus should do a comparison on both Radeon VII and RTX 2080 (that should keep the flame burning between the green and red supporters) Bomberman00
  7. Hi all... I have been told by most of you (thanks guys!!!) that to wait for Ryzen 3000 series Processor... Should I wait?
  8. Have this case a while back and still loving it... Will it work with Asus Crosshair VI hero using MasterLiquid 120 system? Bomberman00
  9. For my 2 cents, I'll go with M.2 NVMe for my OS and SSD for my gaming
  10. In my honest opinion you should have tested everything outside the case first e.g. assemble everything on a desk with the motherboard on top of the packing box and turn it on. Then any problem you can diagnose or RMA/Warranty. In my opinion, you should check the power supply to the motherboard first, it seems like there's no power going there. If you already install the board also make sure there's no short between the case and the motherboard.
  11. In my honest opinion, it's according to the manufactures spec. I'm planing to buy a Ryzen 2700X, Asus Crosshair VI Hero X370 and it uses a Kingston Predator 3200 16GBX2. In my case a 3200 memory is a good balance between the manufacturer spec and hopefully your wallet
  12. Hi all... This is the first time i'm writing on this forum and I need your help... My everyday PC have died (it's 5++y/o) and I want to buy a new system... What i already have from the old system that i want to keep is: 1. Cooler Master Advance HAF 912 2. 4pcs 4TB WD Green HDD (it got all of my stuff in it) and the rest i will need to buy, but here's the headache... I live in malaysia and the price for Ryzen 2700X is (RM 1319.00) and Threadripper 1900X is (RM 1359.00). I mostly use this system for my everyday use, gaming when I'm bored (not online games), watch anime and some other stuff... My problem is what should i get? The price only RM40.00 difference... Any good advice (especially from Linus) Thanks For your Help Bomberman00 P.S. Not going to overclock
