Sounds like you have some earthing issue after reinstalling the motherboard. You may have to re-seat it. Could there be anything stuck underneath the motherboard that shouldn't be there?

Best bet for testing parts would be to just hook everything up outside the case and make just throw like linux on if you can and do some minor stress testing to make sure nothing is faulty

Hey i dont exactly live in the sanfranciso area but i would suggest peeking into a frys electronics store or buying locally from craislist if your willing to fix it up, i got a 960 for 100$ which is a steal list price was 180 and it was new too so i would choose frys for new and craigslist for some great deals

Without some considerable scripting, the quickest way would be something like iOBit Uninstaller, it has a 'Batch' mode. You tick each one you want to uninstall and it will run through them all. You still have to click next next next etc, but it will go through each one. And, it will check the HDD and registry for any leftovers!

So I got an email form Virgin media today says "they will double the current speed for FREE" "X2" and I did some research and found out this is legit and REAL!!

As Dalomo says, its not the SSD's that is the issue. Its going to take some time for things like this to properly get a grip of using SSD's effectively in servers. A server's use of storage is completely different to that of a normal desktop.

So after waiting for months to get the Android 5 Lollipop 5 upgrade that LG had promised for my G2, I contacted their customer support and got this response:
 
 
LG had previously said they would provide an update, and why not, the G2 is no slouch, with a Snapdragon 800 and 2GB RAM. It was the top of the range phone when it was released in September 2013. Yet 18 months later and its now at its end.
 
I certainly won't be buying another LG, I hope that other manufacturers at least stick to what they say.

I would certainly consider it. There is no complicated messing with settings, trying to get the game working etc. Having a full time job and family means I don't have the time I would like tinkering!..
The only real reason I didn't buy a PS4 is because I refuse to pay to play online. I don't have the time to get my monies worth. That and games are expensive.

You all seem to be missing the point. This isn't a general consumer device for people looking to get bang for buck. This is for professionals that don't need to worry about the price, only how they can work more effectively

You should also run Malwarebytes to remove any remains even though its solved.
