Well, I work as a retailer and I have to disagree with you.

A wrong price tag is not going to hurt anyone until the government forces the retailer to sell it for that price. Then it starts to hurt the stores.

I don't understand why people always want to abuse these pricing mistakes and make profits off of them. This is not a society.

I followed the live stream and I was already not much impressed by this new model, so further reviews wont change that opinion

But unlike the raging internet, I honestly could not care less about the audio jack.
The real practical downside of this change is that I cannot have headphones plugged in and the phone charging at the same time, i.e. when travelling with a battery bank.

I am a very happy owner of a 6s model and I have no reason to even remotely consider this as possible upgrade, because the hardware improvements are marginal.
I am glad that they are going with the Big Little approach but the lack of a new screen and better battery is the major let down for me.

Probably because in a civilized world, you would expect people to follow rules.  You shouldn't babysit your citizen.
If on the sockets it says, and I quote the article "Electricity sockets on Overground trains are clearly marked with the words: “cleaners use only and not for public use”

Then I don't understand what in hell this "artist" is complaining about.
He should have been thrown for a night in a cellar and be forgotten, he's a waste of public time and resources, those police men could have been somewhere else needed.

    Having a blast so far.

The nature of the game itself is competitive, so you'll always find a certain level of competitiveness.

But it doesnt really punish you as hard as other games for being new or not the best, that's the key factor that can make it successful.
It encourage players to help each other, because it's really the only way to win, you cant get carried.

Also it's great to have matches rarely lasting more ~25min, whereas other games seems to drag you forever.
I do not particularly enjoy watching Dota/LoL matches because of it, and as someone mentioned before, if I wanted to watch something really competitive I'd watch Starcraft.

It's really fun to play and to watch, you can get into a team fight literally within the first 2min of the match.
I have played it very casual just doing my daily quests in quick match, or going full in for hours when ranking up in hero league.

The community seems to understand this philosophy and you can have a look here for example:

Please don't support a company that frequently sells illegal copies of games.
Even when they are legal, the developers get no support from G2A.

Purchasing a game off of G2A supports developers as much as pirating a game, would you allow The Pirate Bay as a sponsor if they offered?

But that's actually the real problem here, not the lock itself.

I am absolutely fine with that, because I am pretty sure that with the salary I have where live now I can buy many more things in those relative poor countries with a crashed economy.

I don't want to sound harsh, but those reduced prices are not for the spoiled kids that want everything as cheap as possible, but it's to legitimately allow people in those poor places to have a chance to buy those things without spending a quarter of their monthly income.
A game is still a luxury item, if you cant afford it, that's unfortunate but you can still move on with your life.
I wont blame you for trying get around the system, but you should not complain if they try to stop that.

If Steam wants to do things properly, it has to put in place the support to help people in your condition, i.e. updating your country details to unlock the game, or whatever they can do.

I will be fine with those restrictions as long as they can find a way to support and help people in legitimate situations like yours.

I wont be upset if they lock something down, but I will be upset if they don't do anything to help someone that legitimately need support.

Carpenoctem got a reaction from Notional in Here we go again. Ubisoft, deleting your games.....
There is a very simple other case that happens quite often, especially with that G2A or other similar junk.

Some keys are purchased with stolen credit cards.
Then after a while (~ a month) all those payments are charged back by the bank.

Then from there it's pretty simple, Ubisoft can match the keys used and the missing payments and just disable them.

To be fair if you want to be safe, you buy from the original shop and save your precious pennies for the game you want.
At any point you try to go out of the route, you accept the risk and should not even try to complain when it goes wrong.

    I have no sympathy.

There are many many different aspect to consider and balance at the end.

"Create a function that change region manually" ... wat
That's how you create a recipe for a disaster.

Do you realize that when you have millions of users what you want as a developer is streamline and and make everything as accessible and easy for the majority of them, especially considering that there's a massive amount of tech illiterate that do not even know the difference between a shortcut and the game executable.

You want people to have solid, easy and reliable access to all your products, anything else is a potential revenue loss.
