  3. 3300x is unavailable. If I skimp out on processor, I can jump from 1660 to 1660 super.
  4. I'm making a budget gaming pc and trying to splurge more on the graphics card. If you were to make a balanced decision, which of these is a better processor? I'm from India. Ryzen 3 3100 - INR 8,999 Ryzen 5 3500 - INR 12,000
  5. Also, I'm getting the 2700 at the same price, so 3600 is still a better buy?
  6. Ok thanks. But is it worth going for it over the 2600 considering the price gap?
  7. I've given the complete budget at about 50-60k and decent graphics cards are very expensive here in India. So, I was thinking of getting a CPU which is the right balance. The 1600 af never came to India and 3300x isn't much available. The out of stock price on a website was 11.5k INR. I was thinking of going for a b450 motherboard, probably an asrock or aorus elite.
  8. So should I pay the extra 8gb worth of ram stick price for it, over 2600? Also, any thoughts on 2700? If I should go for that as a better future proofing solution?
  9. So I'm building a pc which is going to be mostly used for gaming, at 1080p and am unable to decide which processor to go for. I'm looking mostly at Ryzen CPUs and am confused which one as the prices are very close. I'm trying to find a balance between cheap and future proofing but yeah, at the end it's for gaming so I'd like to spend more on GPU. Final budget would be around 55-60k INR and 70k would be an uncomfortable stretch. Any advice is welcome and maybe even pointers as to how you recommended the CPU, so hopefully in future I don't have to ask this again :p. Also, how much performance does one get from going for the X series like 3600X over 3600. Ryzen 5 3600x - INR 20,999 (280$) Ryzen 5 3600 - INR 17,471 (234$) Ryzen 7 2700x - INR 19,999 (267$) Ryzen 7 2700 - INR 18,999 (254$) Ryzen 5 2600x - INR 14,473 (193$) Ryzen 5 2600 - INR 13,231 (176$) Ryzen 5 3500 - INR 11,050 (148$)
  10. Lol... My research proved as sufficient and as hopeless. It's okay man, that's how it is with laptops in India. Either shell out a lot of money, that you don't have or buy a cheaper, worse model and hope it doesn't bail out on you before 2-3 years. Still, thanks for taking out the time to help.
  11. Ok man, you're quite better experienced than me, I've only had two laptops yet. One of them being an HP bs662tu which is a laptop noone would even recommend honestly and the other a Lenovo IP520. Both of them I haven't had to take to a service centre as of yet, and I got an HDMI changed in the Lenovo from a third party, bcoz here, in India, cheaper solution is what you go for period. It's not too smart but mostly works out fine and the company almost usually has the same people working but ask for much higher prices. So, please be a little more descriptive coz my experience with laptops is almost nil. So you kinda gotta be a little more patient and descriptive with me hehe. Also I have a budget of about under ₹60k + 2k with a lot of pleading. Plus, in India typically laptop prices are quite high, my only basis being amazon.com to check prices abroad. Thanks for the help
  12. It's one year for all laptops here whether it be dell, HP or Lenovo. If possible, can you suggest some other laptops, maybe 4-5 options, I'll check their price.
  13. Enlighten me, maybe. O thought it was the configuration with the cheaper GPU, rest all have a configuration with the Nvidia GTX 1050 or ti

  15. It's the cheapest I could get with all the above... Rest all are expensive, about ₹5-10k and even lack the ryzen 5 3550. Nitro 5, pavilion both have ryzen 5 2550 and are still more expensive.
  16. I am in the market to buy a gaming laptop and was hoping to play GTA V hopefully at 60 fps in medium to high settings. These are the ones I could narrow down my choice to: 1. https://www.croma.com/asus-tuf-fx505-bq001t-ryzen-r5-windows-10-gaming-laptop-8-gb-1-tb-hdd-+-128-gb-ssd-4-gb-graphics-black-/p/218661 2. ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DT 15.6" FHD 120Hz Laptop GTX 1650 4GB Graphics (Ryzen 5-3550H/8GB RAM/1TB HDD/Windows 10/Stealth Black/2.20 Kg), FX505DT-AL174T https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07RRQC2QN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jfnnDbBBTER55 The thing these two have their own pros and cons with one having a GTX 1650 but lacking an SSD and still about about ₹5000 expensive, while the former has a lower graphics card: Rx 560X. Which one should I go for considering I'm tight on budget and the expensive being a stretch too. Any other suggestion is also welcome.
  17. OP 7 is a good buy especially since it's being released at a price cheaper than OP 6T, at least in India it is... But if you're so worried about display, why don't you just slap on a good rubber case... OP7 is still glass on glass so you have anyway, 2 glasses to worry about
  18. I did do that actually but i don't really have time to gather all and understand all of it... i read a few guides and all but when it comes to choices, I just can't make one and so thought of seeking help... I did think to read more but well kinda needed the easy way out, so here I am... Maybe the next one would be a better and far better calculated choice... thanks for the suggestions though... But it's like choosing anything electronics, without a review and feedback from users, you can't say how good it is, I'm kinda going straight for the feedback route here
  19. I'm from india and have recently got an acer helios 300 predator gaming laptop and was looking for a gaming mouse under Rs. 4500 or 65-70 USD. I'm looking for recommendations for a gaming mouse in this range, bearing in mind, I'm very new to this gaming environment and don't really have much knowledge about the technical specifications like what DPI is, what sensor is good or bad etc. I don't have time to study, research and understand the specifications of these and was looking for some quick advice and recommendations in this budget range. Thanks to anyone who helps.
  20. I researched on your suggestions and even the b350 ones suggested above, and they're kinda expensive and any money I save is better for me as I can go for a better GPU. As i said I'm not looking for much overclocking anyway. I was eyeing the gigabyte b450m ds3h or Asus b450m-k. How are these with 1600? I can even get my hands on the Asrock x370 pro4 at the budget of the above two. How's that? I appreciate your suggestions but on a budget. Gig b450m, asus 450m-k: 103 usd asus x370 pro4: 113 usd asrock b450: 150 usd b450 tomahawk: about 160 usd ab350m pro: about 140 usd b350-f: 153 usd
  21. With the 2600, i was going for a B450, while for the 1600, A320M. I was advised by a friend to pick the 450 if i was going for the 2600.
  22. Is the network strength good enough where you usually are? Because my phone (LG G6 H870) too, started acting the same way a month back, heavy battery drain with about 20 hrs on standby and about 4 and a half hour screen on time (with the always on display on and mostly on WiFi). I noticed when i was not at home and had better reception/network strength, it lasted way longer, than it usually did. Try reinserting the sim (improved the signal strength a bit, even at home) or for a day or two, keep a check on your signal strength because a weak signal drains battery like hell. Even on 3 bars, the battery life improves quite a lot.
