Hello guys, new to the forum here :)
Anyway, i needed to upgrade my network so i bought a gigabit switch (D-Link DGS-1100) and a new router (Mikrotik RB2011) .
I have just hooked up the switch to set it up, since it is a smart switch, and the weird thing i noticed that it was running at 10/100 speeds and got gigabit, though both devices are gigabit capable and the cable has all 4 pairs wired properly.
Can't seem to get my head around why is this happening, any advice appreciated.
And i will probably do a Mikrotik setup guide later.
