Hello everyone, my friend just finished his new build with a i9900ks (no overclock) but it's hitting 100 Celsius when using all cores for video encoding. The case is a Thermaltake Versa J21 TG with a Corsair H115I AIO and 3 additional fans. I'm attaching pictures of the build and screenshots for iCUE and Afterburner when idle and load. Room temperature is at a steady 25 degrees.
The placement for the AIO and fans are a bit unusual... There was a clearance issue when installing the radiator on top as an intake, where the dust filter is, so instead it had to be installed as an outtake on the front of the case. The fan on the back is also an outtake. I know it is not ideal to push warm air through the radiator but the 100 degrees was very unexpected. The thermal paste is the one pre-applied to the AIO and the pump profile is set to Extreme.
How can we diagnose the main issue for this temperature and improve on that?
Thank you.
